Collaborative Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access MIRO from anywhere there is internet service. I enjoy the team feature that allows everyone to make updates to the project and also record videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icons are troublesome at times to navigate (for example: if I want to scroll vs move an object) this action for some reason is very cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative working (synchronous and asynchronous)
Can use it to present during meetings (I don't have to transition my work from one place form to slide show software).

A simple, beautifully designed thinking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tool that has chenged my workflow in a immensely positeve way. It has the ultimate design evolution: Invisibility. I care about the ideias, the thinking, about unrolling the complexity of problems into chunks of visually organized information. The tool is just there, helping me in a light, easy and instant way. I Highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if I could have pages on a board, just for organization purposes...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design thinking, UX/UI processes, strategy.
A Colloborative Workboard for the Team
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to work together while creating a material. Best suited when 10+ people review/edits the document, where multiple people perspective can be added at the sametime.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing So far, it is one great tool when working together on a project, to chart our opinions / laying out the designs quickly. Performance could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing a Gemba (Lean Workouts). For an organization as complex as ours, where there are 40+ engineers who sometimes have to get together to solve a problem, across functions, Engineering, product management, Field core services, Contract labours, Vp, and we discuss the painpoints on teh current business processes and improvements that could be brought out. This tool has been nothing less than great.

Great Tool
Miro is an easy to use tool, I use it to present medical clinical cases at school
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use, I think it is great to have the chance to work with people in your community. The templates available are nice and complete. The price is fair and they help you if you are a student.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of templates is very reduced, it would be great to have more. The editing tools are a bit confusing and I think it would be better to offer seminars on how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well I'm a third year medical student and I solve clinical cases by portraying them in a schematic way. I'm also transmitting complex information in an easy and synthesized way.

Love Miro, it's a great tool to communicate with your team effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The frame concept - it is going to help you to create a structure, export and drive a workshop in a organized way. I love the animation when you move around the different frames. I've also liked a LOT the training. there are some very interesting session to onboard new user or guests
What do you dislike about the product?
That's hard to find. Maybe some more templates? (but there are many already and they are growing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First we boght this to manage workshop sessions with the customer. At the moment we are using this A LOT internally as well, Brainstorming and sharing ideas works very well in Miro
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a big jump from basic microsoft team tools. We notice that is really "under regular improvement". New template or enhancement are released frequently and it is getting all time better.

Miro's flexibility and intuitive design enables our team to capture ideas quickly and then continue iterating on these ideas with different audiences.

Would like to be able to organize boards that have been shared with me

Product strategy - the open format and templates make it quick and easy to capture complex ideas and share and iterate on them with stakeholders
Versatile online white boarding solution
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is versatile, we've used it from capturing notes, and brainstorming, to full presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filing system is a little clumsy, which makes it hard to get back to projects. The font selections are also quite limited.

It helps us really get into a virtual room together and capture and organise ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Out of all of the Whiteboard solutions, we have tried, Miro is the one our teams have naturally gravitated towards. It's so useful that we're now using it in IRL interactions.
Miro - A step ahead than Mural
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to organize boards with the use of frames and an infinite canvas. We can creatively use sticky notes to develop a process map. Multiple users can use the same board at one point of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not being in use by the wider community which makes it tougher to bring everyone on this same board. Another issue that remains is integration. There should be enough scope for integration with another platform, which might increase its use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an infinite canvas. You can zoom in and out and create multiple charts over the same dashboard. It allows the whole project to stay on a single page. You can refer to any and everything over the same page.
An indispensable Modern collaboration tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro allows you to boost your creativity by having a set of tools that are easy to use, dynamic and integrated with other systems, and looking great! This provides remote teams with a comfortable environment for collaboration that is indispensable in today's working methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an improvement proposal, there should be an option to hide/blend the frames, sometimes they affect the visual experience. Otherwise, I have nothing to point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration on a remote working setup. It creates a real-time interactive atmosphere that is very fun and appealing. This facilitates collaboration and makes any meeting an enjoyable experience.

Miro is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for the past semester, as a college student. I used it for a team project and I love it so much! It is so easy and makes collaboration super interactive and fun! It helped bring our project to the next level, allowed us to create clear and concise diagrams, and was everything I could've wanted!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that there is not really an easy way to make straight lines in a 'freestyle' manner when they are not connected to bubbles. It is sometimes awkward and you have to move the bubbles away to get the lines right then move them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Miro to complete a capstone project with a group from my university. It was a huge project that is a degree requirement, and it involved many presentations, analysis, and data sharing.
