Slow and takes time to load.. sometimes..for boards with too images or frames...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and workshops for client engagement
Excelent board, ideas and project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The availability to work directly on the web makes it really dynamic and easy to use in comparison with other tools. Miro is easy to integrate depending on the membership with the current SSO solutions. Recently we begin to use it for different employees with a successful perception doing their job.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, you've issues with graphics when try to add it to the board, but they are improving features continuously. Not fully dislike it but suggest solving it so soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic situation, Miro helps us to solve the option to have meetings and brainstorming sessions all the time, this tool helps to use certain methodologies and options to maintain the ideas unified.
Amazing and agile tool for meeting, training and more
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and template. It's possible to share the board with colleagues and facilitate meetings and training with a post-it, and dots voting.
it's the best tool I have used so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
there are no main downsides to using miro. all good with this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro for meetings and training. Also for personal notes. It's useful for interaction and visualization. I'm using a lot Miro board in the agile framework.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's a wonderful tool for visualization and agile way of working
The best tool for new ways of working
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and the amount of options that I have as a facilitator to run workshops virtually. I literally do not see myself going back to a "real" whiteboard as Miro gives me better options.
Oh - and of course the Miroverse

What do you dislike about the product?
I literally can't think of anything essential. One minor thing is that with especially bigger boards, the loading time tends to be a bit more "lengthy", but there are good workarounds available.
A library with pictures (free to use) would be amazing.
A library with pictures (free to use) would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to run all my workshops virtually without missing anything! Even better, I feel like team members are to contribute easier and usually have more engagement virtually.
Great multiple purpose tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great in process of software design and very useful for describing features for each user story. Also, a great tool while holding team integration and ice-breaker events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may be hard to share a link that will be available for everyone - some features require a signed-in licensed user and even though I have the feature available I cannot share it with newcomers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly I am using it to create interactive screens that allow my team to cooperate while working on a software design for developing web applications. This tool is great for this purpose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember that Miro is only as good as your creativity will allow. Try to test all of the functionalities with your team to gather the best ideas on how to use the interactive boards. I recommend trying it out with team collaboration activities like project kick-offs and retrospective sessions.
Amazing for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I like to used it for online brainstorming and creating more visual presentación about a simple topic. I like that you can work at the same time on the same document with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it changes the size of the letters. The free plan doesn't have many advantages but you get the idea of what can you do with the tool, but you can try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said at the beginning, we used it for online Brainstorming and we love it! You can use post it with different colors for each person or each category, and everyone can join and share different ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it!! You'll live it!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about InVision is that in Freehand you can import various assets from different applications like Figma and Sketch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can not import prototypes directly from Figma to the prototyping space. The only place they can be imported is in Freehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the tool to solve problems around brainstorming and problem-solving remotely where the teams are not co-located.
Best tool for quick feedback and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Quick sharing design mockups without the need to create prototypes, You can zoom out to see the bird's eye view of the user flow. I welcomed the feature of comments and alignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an option to distribute selected screens, some better way to scale the typed text, like a slider or dropdown with point sizes.
There are 2 things that really bother me as a user:
1. screens are blurry most of the time when uploaded via Craft plugin from Sketch, so you can't zoom in on the details (not. always but most of the time) we tried many ways - one hack we found is to export the screens to file and upload them manually - but it's a headache
2. Really annoying one - once you deleted a screen from Freehand you cannot upload it again. Why??

Quick mockup for stakeholders' approval. Time is valuable. Saved me a lot of trouble, and I can be more productive.
Great collaboration tool in the time of remote working

Toolbar is easy to use as well :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major really.
Small suggestions:
1. Looks like every guest vistor has to take up one account space in order to edit. Hope we can do temporary guest accounts, let them edit just once and their access will be expired.
2. Onboarding could be better (the problem: we, designers, need at least teach first time users how to navigate in the space using keyboard + mouse. First time users usually wont noticed "keyboard shortcuts" in the menu or they just dont have time to do so) :
Either, for first time visitor, show helper guides (using overlay to focus on areas to teach ppl how to use. *this may be already implemented that i totally missed)
or with very short and sweet onboarding videos, 1-2min max, that we can share to participants beforehand.

Well thats simple, in today's world, this is way better & easier than jamming 15 ppl in a small physical space with only 3 ppl got their mask on (you dont have to order lunch as well lol )
It's a multipurpose virtual collab space that can be used for a lot of occations. (design review, affiliate mapping, crazy 8 sessions etc)

Miro is the best online whiteboarding software there is!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share and store information for a team as big as mine. It allows the normal information to be stored all in one space instead of across multiple mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a clearer way to link different notes, the feature that they have already is a little clunky but gets the job done. Another thing I wish I could change in the collaboration setting, where you see other cursors, I want to be able to set smaller teams on one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a team as big as mine, app development can be very unorganized, miro allows everyone in the space to easily see schedules and deadlines, as well as plan their paths on task while putting everyone on the same page all in one software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! It will be a life saver if you have large teams.
