Great tool for collaboration between designers and product managers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of simplicity is what makes Miro a great choice. Having used other tools also, I can certainly say that Miro stands out in usability and shorter learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that troubles me in Miro is performance in the boards that have a lot of frames, stickies, and images. The engineering and product team could probably work on how to fix the performance gap. This becomes even more difficult for users using a browser. Maybe take inspiration from Msft Edge's sleeping tabs...Make things inactive that are not being used or were used long back. The next thing I would like to see improvement is the integration of Miro with design tools - both Figma and XD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the bridge between designers and product managers. And, not only that, it's an open space to expand the thinking process. Ever since WFH happened, it has nicely replicated some of the experiences. Although, it hasn't 100% mimicked the in-person experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a great and light tool. If you are not sure how your colleagues would switch to the digital platform, make them use Miro, the simple interface is self-explanatory.
Miro for product development and process flows
What do you like best about the product?
miro is a wonderful tool that allows me and my team to create and visualize all the steps we need to consider when developing a new feature or even re-thinking our entire service flow. It is perfect for collaborative work since it is very easy to share and even easier to work at the same time on the same board.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more a problem of my company than from miro itself, but we have quite long and complex flow charts and sometimes it gets a little bit difficult to see the whole picture. To be able to read we need to zoom in but then we are losing the sense of where we are in the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro mainly for product development and process flows. It allows us to write down and share with the entire team the features we want to implement.
Having the ability to choose from a variety of information types, from sticky notes to boxes to highlighted text we can display what we want to achieve in a more visually appealing way.

The best tool for fully remote teams to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for people with different technological backgrounds to use the tool. I also really like the fact that even the cheapest plan is alredy very good with great fetsures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything... The Enterprise plan gives plenty of features, so whatever frustration one might have, it's probably solved by upgrading the plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since going fully remote, we now use Miro for most internal and external meetings and presentations.
Having the right info presented in an appealing design has huge benefits as it keeps the viewers engaged for the whole duration of the meeting/presentation.

Very helpful tool to collaborate and explore big and hard topics
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to scale ideation in the software
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve/understand the expert usage of multiplying objects in grids
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideation, brainstorming, collaboration, workshops, presentations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn by doing, test miro and figjam to see which you prefer. I'm a figma user but I tend to use/select miro for research and kickoff related things. I'd say miro is the better alternative, mainly because you can access it well in a non professional setting for you hobby/personal intentions.
Miro is essential for brainstorming!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is probably the best alternative for all our team's post-its, whiteboards, pens, and papers. It's significantly easier to communicate and collaborate on roadmapping, wireframing, and anything that needs alignment on across groups and team. I've been using it for the past 3 years across different companies, I've also tried alternative tools, and so far Miro is the most robust and "catch-all" for all of our product team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've always hoped that Miro provides a more feature-packed wireframing module (more button and component options), because sometimes the workarounds we have to employ do not really show the intended result we want to communicate in our lo-fi wireframes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to collaborate in a remote/digital setting. Having all small tools located in one go saves us money and time in looking for alternatives that do not fully fit the bill, and having it in one place prevents the need from us having to onboard and jump to different places to do one thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far, it's the most straightforward and most comprehensive tool to brainstorm, wireframe, and collaborate for product-building organizations.
Simple and effective collaborative tool for remote workshoppers
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great way to collaborate with colleagues and clients. The simple decluttered interface allows you to set up your digital whiteboard in any shape or form.
The cloud based software is easy to pick up and you have a vast amount of curated templates to choose from.
They continuously and seamless update the software with new features and tools.
I've been using Miro since 2018 and it's never let me down. I've tried other collaboration boards, but Miro trumps the competition.
It's my go-to tool which I use for meetings, ideation, mapping, workshops, synthesis and presentations.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are subtle improvement which will improve my workflow. The ability to lock items within a table cell when collaborating with first time/novice users would be super useful. Majority of the time if things are structured within a cell would always get moved/deleted accidentally while presenting or working together as a team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has changed the dynamics of having an engaging meeting that keeps meeting interactive and fun - Miro has made this possible.
They have identified the problem of remote collaboration and digitised and supercharged the whiteboard with excellent features, tools, add-ons and integration with other cloud-based software.
What you may lack in a physical environment due to space and pulling everything off walls for the next meeting, Miro allows you to save and create multiple boards with ease and the option of filing, archiving and privately sharing password protected boards that can be view, comment and edit access.
I've noticed that I have saved costs of post-its, sharpie, paper, pens, sticky tape, large printouts, and not to forget the huge impact it has on the environment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Industry standard collaboration board. I've tried and tested all competitors and nothing can beat Miro. You will save time and supercharge your productivity.
It has the best toolset and also its usability flows well due its sharp responsiveness.
What do you like best about the product?
The responsiviness, for sure. It answers doble click with the latest used feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
For sure its constraints regarding free use. It is very limitated compared to other players, such Mural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I generally solve work and school demands. The benefits I have realized are due to its usability. It wors well with new users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a personal tool for your tasks at work as an independent practioner and at college. The free version is good when you don't have to use many boards (more then 3) or to use with more people.
Best tool for product teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an open tool that you can use in a lot of different ways.
It will fit you if you need to draw flows, collaborate with your team, prepare presentations, register ideas and a lot of other cases.
