A good tool for design and more
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a good platform for anyone who wants to capture their thoughts visually. I use it frequently to create layouts for apps and websites, but it also works well for marketing strategies. The platform works because it is decisive for expressing all kinds of ideas without limitations, something that is reinforced by the tools and add-ons available to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with Miro since using it. It was a fantastic first contact for me, but some new users may feel a bit lost because of the number of elements on the screen simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is my whiteboard for sketching the projects I work on. It accompanies my design process, including final adjustments before I start programming. It's also an excellent place to plan all the research and put together different strategies to approach each new assignment.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't identify almost anything bad about the user experience, but if I were to highlight something, it would be the price of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps me scale my activities and thinks about constant improvements.

A good tool for online collaboration with teammates and employees. Can be used for designing, brainstorming, and any other aspects that use whiteboard features. Easy and convenient to use for beginners too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited collaboration as free users can only use three whiteboards, on the other hand, the application is slightly costly to purchase. The software also is short in the range on available tools and elements.

Helps tracks people's goals and tasks assigned to them, as well as allows me to visually map out concepts during meetings allowing for better understanding to everyone.

The best tool for visual collaboration across organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Miro is the Miroverse community - a site that connects users and offer over 2000 ready to use Miro templates that allows users to running with Miro. Once you are well versed enough with the features, you can also create your own board as how you wish it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Miro-curated community site is well designed, however it should be better at highlighting various groups that uses it. Maybe a bi-weekly user highlight of how one uses Miro for their own use cases. This would aid new users in finding out how to use Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating across different stakeholders and point of views that needs to be thought off carefully.
Great product, just wish the wire-framing was more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's colorful, it's a very large space to work, and that I can collaborate with all of my teammates on the boards. It's also easy to bookmark boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro's wireframing made more sense - often I find myself resizing icons to fit properly, the layering is a nightmare, and when I try to export a png or jpg of a wireframe, it doesn't include the mobile or desktop template which is frustrating. I often end up just taking a screencap manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick way to create basic wireframes to get the point across to teams before diving into hi-fidelity designs. It's also great because it's simple to have multiple options stacked.
