The Unlimited Whiteboard!
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely everything! It is an unlimited whiteboard. I use it for sketching, project development, prototype creation, prepare presentations, taking notes everything. It is super easy to use and manage. It is also good for working from home teams, where you can draw or develop everything with your teammates. Collaboration part is the most important part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It could be a little bit cheaper but it's okay, you've one board where you can use it for everything. Sometimes we face some crashes but then they fix it.
Drawing pencil is not super easy to use it could be developed too
It will be good if we see some integrations with other tools, like Slack, Hubpsot etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It definitely helps me to be more creative. It also helps you to see all the data on one board so that you can develop your project or presentation properly
-I use it for presentations, I develop all the things at Miro and share my screen while presenting.
-New website prototypes, structures, basically the stages before design teams.
-Taking notes for everything
-Event planning: I draw the venue area and add all the related things for planning, table arrangement etc.
-Collaborative whiteboard: working with my peers to develop projects together
-Mind mapping, great for marketing teams.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will absolutely recommend Miro for everyone! It is one of my love brands. I can't think of a regular day without Miro.
Amazing tool for async. lovers and creative managers
What do you like best about the product?
Miró helps us work with teams working remotely, facilitating processes such as retrospectives or brainstorming in an asynchronous way to be efficient and make the most of time. Also, since it's straightforward to use, we have managed to unify information from different departments and roles about a project on a single whiteboard, so we have better visibility of the big picture of a project with many stakeholders involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried video calls within Miró, but it was not satisfactory: we had issues with speed and audio, so we moved to another tool and share screen. Also, aligning and adjusting the spacing for the elements of a whiteboard is complicated since it doesn't show some guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've found some of the main benefits for our business are that we're now able to manage our remote team's ceremonies in a clean, shareable, and creative way and save the results. And we can have many different roles working on the same tool with a low learning curve.
The Tool I've Been Searching For
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a team of creatives and this tool helps us collaborate on designs and content all at the same time. What I like best is that it's so easy to use, it required very little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, yet. I'm a fairly new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and teamwork. We're now all on the same page.
This benefits the entire department, not just my group. It's good for others to see how the creative process is supposed to work.

Life with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
A large whiteboard allows us to work with our team efficiently and effectively. Not only with the team, but I also use it when I try to read the long and complicated documents by preparing mindmaps. And whenever we are having an online meeting with our team, I am opening the Miro board to take the notes, and we are using it just like we are in front of the whiteboard in the office.
The other thing is the similarities of the gestures with other design programs. I never feel surprised when I am using it. It is always like how it should be.
Another thing is when i am using the tables, I can quickly put an image in a cell, and the cell is resizing according to the size of the image.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be more affordable for an individual user. It is not that I dislike it, but I wish to see the history of the board. Who accessed and when? What changes the other users made on the board?
Also, It would be great if I could reshape the table format like the color of the lines.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to be more creative. I am collecting all the data I need and creating my own template. Also easily sharing and getting feedbacks from my colleagues. The great thing is when we are using the board as a team I can see who is working where easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not remember how I was dealing with all these works before Miro. It's in the center of my life now. I appreciate the team behind it. The template library helps me to finish my job quickly when I have limited time to prepare something.
Most intuitive and professional collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
That all skill-levels can easily find their way around, as well as the smooth and proactive layout assistance.
Using Miro has tremedously improved our workshop capacity, especially during Covid and remote-working context, since we can now work in the same space with people from around the globe.
On top of that it let's you design differnet form of workshop experiences: from quite thinking exercises, to interactive brainstorms and in-board presentations.
The platform looks pro and friendly at the same time, which makes clients instantly feel at ease and willing to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I struggle the most with is finding the best "starting zoom" perspective. I know usually take a first screenshot, drag and drop it in to know where I have to build from.
It would also be great to know how to integrate comment mentions directly with Slack. The cross-platform integrations are not easy to find and understand. Most companies use other text-based tools like Slack for general project management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating remote (international) work sessions and client workshops across time zones.
It has also become my go-to tool to gather all information in one place. Ex: it's way easier to have a competitor audit in such a visual form. THe best thing is that it's not static and that you can always go back to it.

Flexible, full-featured collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is the full set of collaboration features, many integrations, and the Unlimited boundaries on a whiteboard.
The ease of using, such as drag n' drop, URL uploads, video embeds, task lists, chat, frames, presentation mode... all add up to a great collaboration tool that meets my needs when putting together a project or campaign.
The pricing options are thoughtfully set as Miro recognizes its users can be solopreneurs to enterprise and so there is pricing that fits for whatever size business you are. This is unique. Many other companies do not recognize the solopreneur or consultant in their pricing plans.
Miro has become an essential tool for me whether I'm collaborating with clients or subcontractors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Project planning using calendars or more standard task tracking is probably the only downside for me; however, I haven't explored the integrations yet that may be available for onboard project tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consulting calls with prospects have been converting for me 90% since using a Miro Board on the first call. Using this board enables me to present content to prospects in a way that's easy for them to understand. They value my offer to have access to the board as a reference tool whether they sign on with me or not and the majority have signed on.
Other benefits have been having unlimited boundaries so that I can create a sandbox for each of my skill areas, hoarding content at will! I have even used my boards for home remodeling projects, keeping URLs and images in one place.

Best software development companion!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the "jack of all trades," whether If I need to prototype something, document software, pitch ideas, brainstorm; Miro is the way. I like its UX/UI, very intuitive and user-friendly! You won't waste any time learning how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes that my internets won't work fine, and when that happens, miro won't allow me to work offline. Either way, that's just a minor issue to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has really helped me a lot with software documentation; I needed to have a tool to document the software architecture in a more "fun" and easy way than traditional (E.g., README, Confluence, Wikis). I can draw all the architecture diagrams and have them structured with the align tools. And if I need to explain a concept further, I can embed everything I need to have the idea/concept well grasped.

If you have a startup and you're a part of an incubator or accelerator, make sure to check if they offer credits for Miro.
A great tool for any professional
What do you like best about the product?
As a founder of a start up focused on providing professional services, my mind is constantly full of ideas and thoughts about moving forward. I particularly enjoy using the mind map tool to put my thoughts together. I also recommend these tools to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but I find it a little too 'design' focused. I would like to see templates that I can use in a business strategy and marketing context. But I can also make those myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, it helps me put my thoughts together and map it out. I can also organise it into an action plan, particularly in actioning our marketing strategies. Finally, I use it in my workshops and with interns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the Tour and accompanying courses to get the maximum benefit out of the platform.
Miro as team collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
When Covid started and we could not travel to work on research, it provided the opportunity for our team to work in live collaboration on research analysis and design
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has improved over the past 2 years, but it used to be clunky and hard to understand. Our company has a limited license or there is a limit of users when we collaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can also use it to share product flows and create presentation boards for product assessments to share with the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to understand all Miro offers and practice in advance how to use it. It is a great tool for real-time team collaborations.
Just LOVE Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Miro for simple process schematics, complex user journey sequence mapping, and even (as a guest) group training. I love that it's so easy to organize information visually. They also have templates, so you don't have to start from a blank slate. My whole team finds it nicer to reference information this way than in the old linear document form.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a little practice to make stunning-looking boards, but it is intuitive and worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team sharing, storing of process information, and mapping user journeys. I'd be despondent if I couldn't use Miro anymore.
