Awesome tool!!!
What do you like best about the product?
In my job, preparing slides and information (sometimes last minute) is a day to day activity and Miro has helped me with this task. It already has interesting templates but also they look professional and can get collaboration from other team members. That has actually made a difference because we can move faster and create more accurate information for our itnernal customers
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes is difficult to copy paste stuff into presentations (the scale of the image is tricky) for example you have a mind map and is difficult to paste it in power point so we can "see it" without connection. The same if I want to "print" that image in PDF to send over by mail.....is difficult OR I have not received the info onhow to actually do this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making easy for team members to collaborate, creating an accurate picture of what my internal customers need to look at, is also a tool can help a lot when you have very little time to present info to senior management
creative ideas
What do you like best about the product?
You can modify anything at any time; it is not static like paper and pen.
Suitable for people with a lot of complex tasks and suitable for building your own model from templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic numeric count isn't adapted to different languages such as Arabic and The high price for individual subscriptions or for 20 collaborators.
And the way to communicate with support seems difficult, it is supposed to be a live chat.
Unfortunately the private form is a paid feature

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts all ideas before your eyes and gives you a great experience for teamwork and organized work with your team members within the organization in which we work and thus will be positively reflected on the development of this institution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to learn all the features of this beautiful program, as it will make it easier for you to build your business and ideas easily.
Much more than a virtual whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love the huge potential for this tool - I use it for facilitating group discussions of all sizes, for project management and scrums, for visual note-taking, and even for some light document design. The reliable and easy to use software gives me the confidence to invite new users to participate. I love the templates, and the 'anyone can edit' links. Use them allll the time! Also - the support articles and videos are the best I've seen anywhere, turned me into a super user in no time. Dot voting is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add bullets and numbered list formats. It's quite manual now, and I have to copy/paste the bullet symbol. I also wish there was a full plan for just an individual. I had to buy 2 licenses even though I only needed 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was a godsend for running my team meetings while working from home. I have a giant doc with a year of team meetings, and associated strategy sessions, project management kanbans, and fun activities.
Fantastic tool for brainstorming and visualizing
What do you like best about the product?
Sticky notes and easy to use templates make it a pleasant experience,
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering what I worked on last. I tend to not follow an sor of organising which I need to improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly brainstorm with my colleagues no matter where they are based and get notified when they have added any notes to the board. I love that we can work on a shared project at our own pace and in our own time but still work together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for a webinar. Even though I thought I knew how to use the platform, after watching a webinar I learnt so much more.
Make remote meetings fun and level-up collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get started and up to speed with Miro because of the intuitive design and helpful walk-throughs. You can use the extensive templates or create your own board. Let your imagination run wild and add recordings, web captures.
When working with a large group, you can call everyone to you or hide frames until you're ready to share.
- Voting, yep, it's there
- timer, yep, it's there
- emojis
- collapsible cards
- bulk edit
- export
- web and app version
I am a very satisfied Miro user!

What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can be difficult (hint: add a way to link frames, like a connecting arrow, to guide navigation). The perspective can get off balance, if you create a box at 26% then to 100% it might overfill your screen. The experience suffers when participants who don't have an account attempt to access the board; they're forced to make an account and think I'm going to use their emails. I wish there was a simpler way for that. The locking feature needs streamlining and simplicity.
Far more likes than dislikes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro for innovation collaboration sessions, user group meetings, lean coffees, and story boarding. A Zoom call is 2D; a presentation and a lot of people staring at a screen.
Miro keeps people focused on the problem at hand or the event you are sharing. No more multitasking! Everyone plays a part and is engaged.

Miro is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Miro changed the way we have our daily meetings and ideation sessions. The collaboration features provides freedom to the users. The possibility to bring everyone to your viewpoint is great. Besides it, even when working solo, it is a great tool, because it allows you something close to the feeling of a blank paper sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
We lack something like formulas on spreadsheets. It would be interesting to insert tables inside table cells, to give you the freedom to zoom in for more details inside a specific cell. Another thing nice would be to use scales to measure drawings, more pencil, brushes and color options, and the possibility to insert xreferenced 3d models (sketchup, bim...). The exporting tool could allow you to choose which sheets to make pdf. It could be something odd, but having a tool that could simulate dice throwing would be useful for contests. Another nice addition could be the possibility to play background music, and audio effects to call someone in particular, or everybody.Play videos on the board. Hide and reveal parts of the board, something like dynamic light centered on each user cursor. The possibility to export the mind maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual planning, meeting support, ideation sessions, dashboard with Google sheets xreferenced files, basic image edition, social media content planning, creating backlog for activities, creating moodboards for every new project with image references, links to videos, links to external sites to ring additional information related to the content we are working on, agenda for meetings and to keep contacts, relating them.
Miro became my main project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Performance is amazing, I really like how everything is moving so fast considering the amount of content I drop inside my boards. My research always includes so many screenshots & images & it's great to be able to generously add whatever I want. I really like the presentation mode feature and the fact that I can hide boards from certain teammates. It really helped me promote Miro within my team, they all really dependent on Google slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I'm missing a way to sync things I design in extended software like Sketch or XD.
2. I really want to create nice presentations on Miro, and as a designer, I'm missing basic typography capabilities such as character/ line spacing, creating grid & uploading fonts.
3. Although I think Miro's performance is great, sometimes I wish I could make loading faster, and I think that adding a capability of presenting only chosen boards could be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost it is a tool for documenting product projects. From the research phase to the transition of design to development. For me, this is a great way to share ideas with my team members, present them with complex diagrams, draw ideas quickly and get feedback on them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the most amazing tool for any project related to design or visual elements. In my opinion, any team that creates together ideas should use Miro, and document the work in it. I'm definitely trying to implement Miro into my team as much as possible and slowly it's seeping through.
Miro, best for user journey maps and site maps for your next Ux Project!
What do you like best about the product?
It has the best experience for ease user usage. I enjoyed every step I made on Miro, coupled with a simple interface and an intuitive experience.
The feature to be able to drop comments and seemingly work as a team was excellent. We had fun demonstrating our knowledge base and sharing our ideas in the best way possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Before this review, I did not have any bad experiences. The interface had users in mind. I had tips to assist me if I ever find something confusing.
As such there is nothing to dislike on the Miro platform. All I have for them is commendations and to use all user feedback to improve the platform.
That will bring in more user and ensure Miro is better than its competitors.

I solve user journey mapping with miro. Miro has this interface that takes care of every scenario. All you have to do is think about what you want to achieve, and you will get it done as soon as possible.
The benefits have been immense. I have been able to upscale my app pretty quickly and given my stakeholder the type of view they may need to ensure their Mobile app can come to the market and become succesful no matter what.

A beautiful, simple canvas for working on...anything.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and attractive. No heavy-handed use of colours or graphics that distract. You can be up and running in seconds and using shortcuts very quickly. If you dream of the biggest desk in the world, this is it. I like the minimalism of the design. Other competitive products seem to want to put their stamp on what a sticky note looks like, for example. The template library is really good. It looks like a product that could have been designed by Mac. Other products seem very PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a little confusing about who can edit and whether they have to be in my team - in which case I have to take out a licence for them.
I would like to have a choice of colour for the canvas - if this option exists, I can't see it.
I use the kanban template but it, for some reason, seems to be less concrete and straightforward than Trello.
It would be good to have access to third party template designers - a kind of marketplace where I could find less mainstream templates to use. I get the impression that you have absolute control of the templates that are in the library - or you police them quite heavily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising complex information into simple, graphical snapshots.
Collaborating on canvases with colleagues.
Designing digital documents that people can add to, where appropriate.
In all cases, I can show and tell without making a document. It's non linear, in a good way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Digital whiteboards look quite similar to one another but, the more you use Miro, the more you see what the others don't do. Or don't do so well.
