Effortlessly Connect Ideas with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its ease of use and the multiple templates that make it easy to customize as needed. The available templates for retros are quick and easy to use, and I love the reactions feature when collaborating with multiple people. Adding reactions to sticky notes helps capture people's feelings about the context. It's also pretty easy for me to log in with company credentials.

It's easy and straightforward. While I don't use them much, I appreciate the quantity of templates.

What do you like best about the product?
In Miro it's easy to bring architecture ideas, workflow and troubleshooting notes into one shared visual space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets slow when the board has too many items and it becomes a bit hard to find things durning work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team to put ideas, workflow and diagrams in one place instead of using many different tools.
Powerful Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the feature of creating different frames in Miro. It allows me to create multiple white sheets on one board, which is incredibly helpful. Unlike other apps like Stella, where moving around the board is limited, Miro lets me move things all around the board. The entire grid and board are accessible, which is really, really helpful. It's great that there seems to be no limit to how much can go into one frame, and I haven't encountered any limits on the number of frames I can create. This flexibility allows me to keep my work continuous and easy to edit. The ease of moving pieces around and editing them makes tasks much more approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a bit of a confusion between creating sticky notes and boxes, especially when it comes to using them. Also, there's a problem with aligning arrows when moving boxes. The arrows don't automatically align when you move boxes. You have to remove all the arrows and realign them, which is a big process. Sometimes, the arrows break into parts rather than remaining as a whole, straight arrow, causing a lack of auto aligning. This makes it a bit difficult to work with Miro, especially since I have an attention to detail, and these small misalignments take up a lot of my time. Tutorials could be more elaborate because I'm still confused about some icons and how to use them. The commenting feature wasn't obvious at first, and sometimes comments cover the content. It would be better if things were more clearly understood from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me compile ideas, analyze problem chains, and create stakeholder outcome chains all in one place, providing a clear glance at situations, causes, and effects.
Easy Collaboration, Needs Better Template Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its collaboration features and find it very easy to use, which strongly enhances my client projects involving user journeys. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the templates could have more options. It would be great if they could be extended and further customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me with user journeys in client projects. I like its collaboration aspects and find it easy to use.
Fantastic Collaboration Tool with Navigational Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro to collaborate with designers, engineers, and product team members. Miro makes it easy to brainstorm, document user journeys and flows, and take notes visually during conversations and meetings. I love its accessibility across the organization and how it's collaborative, real-time, and easy to use. Although I don’t use it a lot, I really like the Miro AI features that identify themes and clusters. These features save me hours of work by organizing interview notes by sentiment, themes, or keywords, which helps in identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. It's nice to show verbatims visually and get stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can never find how to share a Miro board, and navigating through spaces is also very confusing to me. I don't know if it's a permissions issue or if it's just the way that the product is built, but I can never do either on and it takes about three times to try and figure out whether or not I can or can't complete these tasks. This makes it really hard to use sometimes in live, brainstorming and collaboration sessions. I think first off the sharing feature needs to be more findable/discoverable and then permissions need to be more well defined. As I think that there needs to be some kind of information around spaces/teams that help me navigate where I should create a new board. Again, I think that there is something to be said about maybe walking through where the share button is for example and tell me why I can't share if I don't have permissions to share. Sometimes the board is owned by other people so the share button is disabled or missing and when that happens, I just feel like I can't find it, but there's another reason why I can't find it and that's because I don't have permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is collaborative, real-time, and easy to use, making it great for brainstorming and visualizing workflows. Its AI features help organize notes by themes, saving hours of work and aiding in stakeholder alignment.
Effortless Real-Time Collaboration and Visual Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how easy it is to collaborate in real time. The board feels natural, flexible, and visual. It helps teams brainstorm, plan, and share ideas clearly, even when working remotely from different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can feel slow when boards get very large. Some useful features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting. For new users, the number of tools can feel overwhelming at first without proper guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and poor remote collaboration. It brings everyone to one shared visual space, improving clarity and teamwork. This saves time, reduces confusion, and makes planning and discussions more productive.
Clean Design Makes Organizational Charts Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the platform features a clean and intuitive design, which makes it straightforward to create organizational charts and helps simplify even large presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bothers me is having to reactivate the tool I was using each time I switch tabs and come back to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has made it easier for me to communicate information in a clearer and more straightforward way.
Visual Collaboration Tool, Needs Performance Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like using stickies in Miro and connecting them with arrows. It helps me by easily converting them into Jira tickets, which bridges our ideas on Miro and keeps track of progress within the ticket system. What I find valuable is being able to share my ideas and vision with others in a visual way, which wouldn't be possible in a written or verbal format due to complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our boards quickly grow REALLY huge, and at some point the performance starts to suffer. I would really love some lazy loading for bigger boards and overall increased performance in browsers. We often struggle with new joiners who do not have the right access and permissions yet, but once everything is set up, it works. I would love to connect my Claude code via MCP to it, but it is not yet supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me share complex ideas visually, which is better than written or verbal formats. It integrates with Jira, syncing our team's work without manual copying, making the process smooth for tracking progress.
