Although, Miro is a great product, but there are couple of things which can be improved. One of which is limited customization options. There are limited themes and templates.

"Revolutionize Your Brainstorming with Miro: Ideas Made Visual"
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent choice for Remote brainstorming sessions by utilizing a variety of tools; you can enhance the brainstorming process such as virtual whiteboards, video conferencing tools, and a wide range of templates for brainstorming sessions, such as mind maps, flowcharts, and SWOT analysis. Remote brainstorming sessions are documented more easily on Miro, which can help to capture all ideas and discussions for later review. This can be particularly helpful for project management teams that need to share ideas and progress updates with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro sticky notes are better than Stormboard sticky notes because Miro sticky notes can be easily integrated with other Miro tools and features, such as diagrams, mind maps, and boards, allowing users to create a seamless and interconnected workspace for collaboration and ideation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
>Organizing and Structuring brainstorming sessions on Miro can help us make better decisions by enabling them to evaluate and compare different ideas more effectively. This can lead to more informed and effective decision-making. Additionally, Organizing and structuring brainstorming sessions can help to increase accountability and ensure that all team members are actively participating and contributing to the discussion. This can help ensure that everyone is invested in the session's success.

Great product for collaboration and brainstorming new ideas!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I appreciate most about Miro is its extensive library of templates and pre-built shapes, which has saved me a lot of time and effort when creating diagrams and other visual aids. The ability to collaborate in real-time with other stakeholders has also been invaluable, as we can quickly iterate on designs and ideas and make sure everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more technical libraries available like ability to create sequence diagrams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's integration with other tools, such as Jira and Slack, has helped streamline our workflow and ensure that everyone is up-to-date on the latest changes and developments. And with features like commenting and version control, we can easily track changes and communicate with each other about specific design decisions.
"Exploring the Future of Project Management with Miro"
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro are its Swimlanes and flowcharting features that enable cross-functional teams to easily understand the sequence of activities and decision points in a project. Additionally, Swimlanes and flowcharts can be used to document processes, providing a clear and concise reference for future projects. for example, Swimlanes can help organize information by separating it into horizontal lanes, while flowcharts use symbols and arrows to show the flow of information or processes. Together, these features can provide a clear and concise representation of a project's workflow, making it easier for teams to collaborate, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report about Miro but one thing I observed Miro's competitor Lucidchart has more advanced diagramming features such as layers, custom shape creation, and smart containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
>We identify and prioritize features that are most important to the success of the project to ensure that the project meets its objectives and delivers value to stakeholders, increasing the likelihood of project success. Additionally, Prioritizing critical features can help mitigate project risks by ensuring that the most important aspects of the project are addressed first, reducing the likelihood of delays or scope creep.
>Through Brainstorming and idea-generation techniques of Miro we identify potential solutions to project problems, including unexpected challenges that arise during the project.
>Incredible infinite canvas to manage all aspects of projects like identifying patterns, connections, and relationships between different parts of the project, and also easier to identify potential issues, manage timelines, and communicate with team members.

Very good tool for collaboration across the company
What do you like best about the product?
When the covid lockdown started, our company, as well as any other, faced the need to find a tool to facilitate brainstorming sessions remotely. Working in continuous improvement, I get to do it a lot, and Miro turned out to be just what I need.
We are now using it to build a virtual Obeya room for our organisation - it would not be possible before, but now, with the opportunity for the multiple users to contribute, it seems just the right tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found yet an option to have separate permissions for different frames within the same Miro board. When multiple people are working on the same board, you want some of them to be able to edit one part of it, and other people - another part. This is something that doesn't appear to be possible.
Another downside (which I am not sure can be helped) is the slow speed of opening a board once it becomes very populated.
