Effortless Setup, Robust Features

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to get started with, and it's even easier to use in the long term. The platform is simple and concise, making it perfect for any team looking to get organized or to convey information. Miro allows us to create real-time updates for our org chart, which is exactly what we needed. The built-in features like shapes, lines, colors, and transparencies are essential for keeping our org chart clean and easy to understand. These features help us direct attention to the most important information and ensure consistency in our presentations. The platform just makes it simple to make seemingly complex changes quickly. The real-time updates via embedded links are super handy for our intranet use. I can't think of anything else to improve; we love the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using multiple lines, sometimes they are offset when I prefer them to overlap. This is often the case when we are building our org chart. I would love a feature that allowed lines to 'snap' together, so that I didn't have to zoom in and meticulously overlap the lines manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create and share our company org chart, and it solves the problem of needing updates in real time. It simplifies complex visual changes quickly and makes our data clean and easy to understand.

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its online collaboration, which not only digitizes the whiteboard experience but makes it even better than in-person, with infinite space to work with, easy screen sharing, and the ability to prepare templates in advance. I also really appreciate the large library of templates because I don't have to start from scratch each time, and the quality of the templates is quite high, supported by the community. Miro is user-friendly, making it easy to work with even for first-timers who are invited to a workshop via link without any prior experience with the tool. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sharing access can be a pain - as well as navigating the structure between projects, boards etc. and what is accessible to whom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to gather a large number of post-its in a virtual space with pre-prepared templates. Its online collaboration makes the whiteboard experience better than in-person, using infinite space and easy screen sharing. Miro's large template library and user-friendliness also help.

What I really like about Miro how easy it makes sharing and building ideas together people can think visually and teamwork feels natural even when you are working remotely.

Simplifies Strategy Visualization with Easy Interface

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Miro solved the problem of visual representation of user journeys and long-term pathways for brand success, which I can explain to clients very easily. I like using arrows to link text boxes and sticky notes for important notes or questions, as it helps me connect multiple ideas or sections of my strategy and create a whole flow that makes the audience understand how the strategy will go, one by one. The user interface is simpler compared to Figma Jam, which is beneficial since the strategies I create need to be understood by editors, designers, clients, CEOs, and admin people. The initial setup was really simple; I just logged in with Google, nothing else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the AI part of Miro needs improvement as it doesn't make the most accurate diagrams when asked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of visually representing user journeys and long-term pathways, making it easier to explain brand success strategies to clients.

Intuitive Collaboration and Planning Made Easy

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Miro for weekly task planning and collaboration. The thing I like the most is its intuitive visual interface and smooth real-time collaboration. It does wonders for me and my team by solving collaboration and organization issues, keeping tasks, ideas, and plans in one shared workspace. The ready-made templates and ability to organize everything on a single board make planning so easy. I also enjoy how flexible Miro boards are, allowing us to customize the layouts based on our needs. Features like comments, sticky notes, and easy sharing make team communication more effective. Switching to Miro from Microsoft Whiteboard was a good decision because Miro offered better collaboration features, templates, and flexibility for our planning needs. The initial setup was smooth and easy, taking very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have felt Miro boards can feel a bit slow when they get very large or contain many elements. Also, some advanced features can have a learning curve and could be easier to discover for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves collaboration and organization issues by keeping tasks, ideas, and plans in one shared workspace. It improves brainstorming and marketing planning by reducing confusion and saving time. Its intuitive visual interface, real-time collaboration, and customization features enhance communication and planning.

Convenient for Classes, Steep Learning Curve

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool in Miro where you can pretty much have everything on the left side, like, without any hassle. It's very convenient because it's very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to access the eraser sometimes. Since it's a whiteboard, I need it a lot, but it's not very convenient to use. I have to scroll through to find it before using. Initially, setting up Miro was hard because it is not very beginner-friendly. My tutor and I had to spend a lot of time figuring out the controls and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for online physics classes. It's convenient for my tutor and me, especially with iPad connectivity.

Intuitive Team Collaboration, AI Needs Improvement

  • December 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's intuitive interface, which makes working with the tool easy and efficient. The ability for multiple people to work at the same time is great for our team projects. Plus, the familiarity with the platform helps us in user story prioritization, group activities, and drawing diagrams like our Theory of Change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI support was just bad, never really followed instructions accurately, tried to automatically create diagrams when not asked, generally disappointed with this feature as it has so much potential to help but so far has always proven to not help. It needs to be better at understanding prompts, a prompt enhancer feature would be fantastic, it feels like it often needs a level of specificity that I can't provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize large concepts and align our team on direction. It's great for user story prioritization, group activities, and drawing diagrams. The intuitive interface and real-time collaboration make it easy for us to work together.
