Miro is great for creative collaboration! There are room for improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a necessary tool in the creative industry to collaborate, ideate, review, and share ideas/work. Especially in a post-covid world where remote/hybrid working is very typical. Miro is an everyday-use tool and has been essential in finding the right solution to complex problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about miro, but my colleagues and I can all agree that one BIG feature miro could benefit from is the ability to upload video i.e. mp4 files. Gifs work fine, but many times it requires an extra step to trim videos to their essential important bits then export to GIF (also at the cost of quality). This would also help catching up to immediate miro competitors i.e. Figma. At my job, we use both but I definitely have an affinity for Miro over Figma because of how seasy it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my job we very regurlaly deal with vcomplex brand and identity problems that impact businesses. Miro helps to map out problems, review work/potential solutions and identify paths to success in a clear, easy-to-use, collaborative way.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability: It is very easy and intutive to use. It also makes it easier to collaborate with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to save custom templates: I find it inconvenient that I cannot create and save my custom templates for reuse, limiting the ability to standardize processes within the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me visualise my ideas. It also makes it easier to collaborate with other team members and receive feedback.
Easy to use and collaborate on content
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get your ideas down on "paper" with their hundreds of templates available. You don't have to spend the time getting the framework set up, rather spend it on the content buildout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the limited customizability of some of the elements. I wish I could adjust formatting or styling with more detail. Though it may make it less user friendly and could overwhelm users with more options, I like most customization options than less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps layout and solve cross-team processes. Work through agile events like scrum, retros, etc.
Miro has been nothing but an extremely valuable tool in my role as an Agile Business Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness and Templates just solves a lot of problems for me. The collaborative power is mind blowing and most times it just present a single source of truth for my analysis, without having to share different documentations around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Miro board for over 4years now, starting from using it as a post graduate student in the Uni and now that I am working on different transformation projects, I have no single thing I can point out as a negative about Miro. A suggestion will be the availability of more templates.

Disparate documents from project outputs are now consolidated on one single intuitive view

What do you like best about the product?
The various templates, color palette, apps, emojis, AI features, voting mechanism, integration with Jira, anonymous sticky notes and ability to share a board with external users when needed.
The Talk Track feature is a nice to have as well!

When searching a board by name, the location and last update or creation date is not listed. I have to click on the items to ensure it's the correct one,

Represent processes in a diagram; brainstorm; org charts; restrospectives, etc.

the easy way to use and intuitive tool, that shows you how to make the idea that you want to do, it has a template for all

It's not easy to present like slides, to show people

It’s the tool where I create all the workflows, ideas, and customize the tools that I use for each task with the job title and role. It’s very easy to use and to show others so they can learn about the company without having to write much. It’s the most visual tool.

Expandable creative workspace. Feeling on bounderless space is nice. And almost everything in shareable on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there are more tools helping manage the schedule, more than just visualize. (such as alarm and specific time reminder.
It's hard to draw straight line with current tools. The simplify cross-section of engineering drawing require more effort than it should be. I would love easier to use straight line creating tools.
