Incredible collective intelligence platform!

  • December 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredible platform as soon as you need a team to collaborate online, and even offline.
Compared to other great platforms, Miro impressed me by the number of templates and the ability to accept a huge number of participants (up to 400 at the same time).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Well, it would be great if it could be cheaper! :))
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often collaborate internally and with customers and users. Either we want to build a user journey map, to draw processes or to brainstorm over a strategic plan, we open Miro and let the magic happen.

The Best Whiteboard collaboration app

  • December 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the all-around best whiteboard app on the market. Whiteboard apps, saw an explosion during the pandemic. Most of them were simple with basic uncomplicated features like adding shapes, stickies, and WYSIWYG formatting. As the pandemic closed, most of these whiteboards remain pretty much the same. For instance, Google and Microsoft both saw minimal improvements. Built-in whiteboard apps to collaboration tools like Basecamp and Zoom were also unchanged. Miro on the other hand, continued to add useful features. It is no longer so much a whiteboard app as it is a canvas that is capable of doing many things, such as whiteboarding, mind, mapping, project, flows, and much more more recently. the focus has been on collaboration and live presenting through the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mirro is an incredibly powerful application, but as such it can be overwhelming. It boasts, hundreds of integrations, but many of them are surface-level at best. For instance, the Slack integration offers very little functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most whiteboarding applications are limited to a default, screen size. That means you have to cram everything into that space. Miro, on the other hand allows white boarding on a tremendous scale. You made your whiteboard too small? No problem, just scale it down.

No matter where You go, Miro will always be connected to You.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro facilitates productive brainstorming sessions and meetings. Its timing, voting by dots, and sticky notes photo uploading capabilities are invaluable for remotely conducting such activities efficiently. Moreover, its range of templates offers a peaceful environment where individuals can be creative with their readings and thoughts. The real-time updates also ensure everyone is on the same page throughout each session - making it my go-to platform when I need to read or think deeply in an organized way while collaborating as a team too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how the structure of Miro's Project Boards can constrain their effectiveness in larger organizations. When companies have huge staffs with multiple teams and departments, it is often difficult for smaller groups to get noticed or make decisions independently. As a result, they must all work under one project board to coordinate efforts between departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been an invaluable resource for my workplace. It manages sales procedures and user-role descriptions while enabling us to have group brainstorming sessions even when telecommuting. Its accessibility from anywhere makes this possible.

Helps remote work feel connected

  • December 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful element of Miro is our ability to bring our team together to collaborate on a project even though we are all remote employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the exporting function. I also dislike how testy and fidgety it is to move items around en masse. Finally the Jira integration is not as effective as it could be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a collaborative space to work across many disciplines - connecting our remote company team in a way that allows us to feel as though we're solving a problem together.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's collaborative workspace is very interesting. It facilitates real-time brainstorming and communication between team members.
I also appreciate the ability to share and organize creative assets, such as images, videos and documents.
Additionally, the design is intuitive, and the user interface makes it simple to create visuals quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be difficult to set up and require extensive onboarding for users to properly understand how to use them. They are real-time collaborations and some visuals.
And the customization options are limited, which may make it challenging to create complex visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create visuals such as flowcharts, wireframes, and organizational charts. It is a good system for sharing and organizing assets, and its customization settings perfectly fit the desired aesthetic.
As a result, our workflow is smooth, and communications are more accessible than ever.
And the creative team has developed such interesting projects in a time record.

Miro is the essential digital whiteboard for your business

  • December 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a great range of analytics and reporting tools that allow me to track progress, identify bottlenecks and mesure performance. Those process are quick, and appreciate it.
Custom board templates, automated workflows and integration with popular tools like Google Drive are very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated features require specific knowloedge in order to set up and use. It would be normal for others software, but it is very weird because Miro is known by an easy-to-use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Miro to facilitate clear communication and collaboration with my team. With Miro, I am able to quickly and easily create custom boards with project templates to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Thanks to this workflow and automated features, we have minimized manual work.

Revolutionizing Digital Collaboration with Miro

  • December 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which Miro facilitates collaboration, communication and productivity within a digital workspace. The platform's features, such as shared whiteboards and audio conferencing, enable teams to work and collaborate on projects quickly without the need for complex setup or compromise on quality.
Miro is an excellent choice for teams looking to take their digital collaboration processes to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a free plan, some of the more advanced features are included in a paid subscription, which may be a downside for those looking for a fully-featured solution for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for a range of purposes, from brainstorming and team collaboration to project and task management. The platform has provided us with a shared whiteboard workspace to quickly map out ideas and plans and the ability to add files, images and documents for easy collaboration and communication.
These features allow us to work together effortlessly on projects, regardless of location.
