Excellent Whiteboard with Easy to Use Features
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Miro are the ease of use, less lag than other boards, great PDF compilation of boards to send to clients as well as the ability to easily share links to the board to multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the small downsides to Miro is when copying links into a text box, it defaults to a tiny size and does not always hyperlink as intended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to quickly and effectively communicate concepts to clients and allow them to collaborate with their own notations which can all be compiled into a PDF document for easy post-meeting records and evaluation
Will not let you cancel business plan, no options can't delete team, can't delete enterprise.
What do you like best about the product?
Cannot say anything good, the billing issue and plan downgrade is a deal breaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more shapes without resorting to apps or plugins, maybe a bit more Power-Pointy.
Would be amazing if it could draw proper UML diagrams, even better if it could draw the complex ones, as I use this plattform to document sections of the software architecture and share them with the dev team.
It would be good to include short tutorials on the newsletter as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing can be challenging when most of the team works from home. Miro makes easy to interact with others in meetings or planning sessions.
Miro is the main SW I use to gather information from Stakeholders/Dev Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, in addition to its tools that allow you to generate/create information within the platform
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolves organization and benefits work planning with social media design team
MIRO boards, a very intuitive, interactive collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great "canvas" to share ideas and thoughts with larger groups especially in the post covid zoom / teams environment. There are many uses within the platform from brainstorming to schedule planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sketching live during conference could use better pen settings and be more versatile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interactive collaboartion from any location.
A cool digital whiteboard that helps me collaborate creatively with others
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me visualise ideas, thoughts and feedback. I can collaborate with others at work but I also use it at home almost like a pintrest for my home decor ideas!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it would support video features. This would potentially help me in my work (Product designer), to discuss user feedback sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a great place to start low fidelity wireframes before I take them to figma. It allows me to get my team in the miro environment, which is easier for them to use than figma, to review ideas and ideate
Miro is a very useful tool, especially if you are part of an Experience Design team.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro almost everyday. It helps me for several things, I use it to manage the team with the "Kan-ban" templates and the sprint retrospectives. It is also useful for analyzing information downloaded after a study with users and also for ideation workshops with our internal customers. I quite like that it gives me templates ready for some ideation workshops, if I don't know what to choose I can enter the templates of the community and choose the most suitable one. In addition, its use is quite simple for other members of the organization with a lower level of digitalization, in these workshops with the internal client, I see that users are easily integrated into the dynamics and know how to use the basic or necessary functionalities for the workshop that is being carried out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used the Android application and it is terrible, I tried it on a Lenovo Yoga and the application worked very slow and always asked for internet connection. If I used it with mobile data and for some reason I lost the signal, I could no longer see anything I was checking, I could never integrate it into my use for field research, I can only use Miro in the office. With its version for browsers it is similar, the internet update has often made me have to reload the page, even if my only action has been to update part of a board or I am writing on a card and due to the constant updating of the platform, I lose the text I was writing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves two main pains. Include more agile practices in the team, without the need to depend on a new platform and increase our operational expense. And create boards for collaboration with other areas of the company, with Miro I can have ideation sessions and leave aside the CJM or BMC so that it remains as a living document and others can constantly update it without learning to use a new platform.
great tool for team collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
easily collaborate with team members
can be used for many types of utilities (flow charts, calendar, brainstorming board, etc.)
can be used for many types of utilities (flow charts, calendar, brainstorming board, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
when you have too many boards sometimes you lose track of things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a space for team members to collaborate real time
Miro is great for team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses Miro every day for something. We keep a running task tracking page going with lists of things that need to get done on and it is easy for everyone on the team to edit and stay organized. We also use Miro to collabortate over design sessions with remote employees. We make presentations right in Miro and sometimes can just share them with clients or other external project team members for quick collaboration. I love that we can all work on the same presentation at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For presentations making there are some issues making pages consistent as there are no grid or alignment tools across frames. Some of my coworkers still prefer Adobe InDesign for this although that makes collaboration much more difficult in my opinion. Another complaint is that you are not able to export individual frames to pdf - you are stuck exporting all frames and that can take a long time depending on the file and the quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us collaborate with remote team members - it makes it fun too, sometimes we add goofy stickers or have post-it battles. It also helps the team stay on track with tasks - we have a running task board that is easy to refrence and use across the team.
Best in class UX, but hard to organize
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is fantastic, it's easy to get going and all users can jump in and be effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not support as advanced diagrams as other products, and having just projects instead of folders/tagging as other ways to organize is very limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing ideas together outside of just text, giving us spatial and relationships to visualize ideas.
