Excellent for Wireframing and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool for wireframing, mapping user journeys, and collaborating with my team during brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe AI still requires some improvement. It does not consistently translate queries into good outputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who is very visually oriented, I find that Miro really helps me visualize everything clearly.
Simplicity and Amazing Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity and beautiful designs of Miro, which make using the tool a pleasant experience. The ability to drag and drop elements and then connect points is so simple that I love it. Also, when I move a shape, everything readjusts automatically, which is very convenient. The option to delve into layers is a feature I value, as it allows me to work with greater detail. I also appreciate the ability to make annotations and set up templates to avoid having to start from scratch each time. The initial setup was super easy, which allowed me to start quickly without complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult when an image is placed on top of all other shapes and there is no direct command that says 'send to back'. I have to send it backward little by little, and among so many shapes, it's hard to click on the shape I want to send to the back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to capture ideas and get an overview of complex concepts. Its simplicity and beautiful designs allow me to easily create diagrams, rearrange shapes, make annotations, and use templates, which simplifies my work without repeating tasks.
Empowers Remote Collaboration and Thought Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its ability to facilitate collaboration, especially with people I cannot meet in person. It successfully helps me to organize my thoughts and creatively express ideas, essentially allowing my brain to align with its design. The flexibility of the graphs and figures that Miro offers is particularly valuable to me. These tools make it easy for me to visualize thoughts and transform confusing ideas into a logical structure on the screen. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Miro to be pretty easy and logical, which is a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to have more useful diagrams available for free because the nicest are in the pro version. Additionally, I would offer more variety of maps and colors in the free version.

I use Miro for remote collaboration and to organize my thoughts visually, making it easier to clarify confusing ideas.

I use Miro for a variety of tasks, such as retrospectives, UX workshops, and research, and I find it incredibly effective and efficient for collaboration, especially since it allows my team to work together seamlessly whether they are remote or in person. One thing that really stands out to me is the availability of great templates, which make it so easy to get started on new projects. These templates provide ready-made canvases, sparing me the need to devise new flows from scratch and streamlining our workflow considerably. Additionally, the initial setup process was remarkably easy, particularly because I could integrate it with Google, which simplified things significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the potential for an AI feature to create new templates would be useful, suggesting that the current offerings could be limiting in certain creative workflows.

Great for teams working on cross-functional projects
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is perfect for collaboration across teams and different countries. For visual learners, this is easy to use and implement across your workflows. Templates also help with getting started. Multiple users can be in a board at once, which helps management see who/what/where.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working on large projects with many components, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Having the ability to navigate directly from a main project menu to various elements would make the process much more manageable. Figma is still needed for a larger design project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large, dispersed team and Miro helps everyone understand everything that goes into our projects. Outstanding items, items being worked on, and idea brain dumps can be found in one place.

I love how Miro efficiently solves collaboration, document management, and project management issues, making it an essential tool for my daily work. The artificial intelligence option is particularly valuable as it allows me to create instant summaries from my analyses, thus simplifying complex tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the flawless performance during the initial setup, which posed no problems for me, making the entire user experience smooth and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could be improved because currently, when I use artificial intelligence, I would like to be able to select an area and create non-documentary elements more easily, like a flow or a complete journey. Currently, I find that the options are still a bit limited, which restricts my ability to automatically integrate notes from a document. I also find that Miro could be improved in terms of project management.

Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat difficult for me, and it would have been helpful to have a quick guide. Although there might be a guide available, it didn't appear for me when I started using the product.
