A Game-Changer for Workshops, Brainstorms, and Team Alignment

  • November 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and flexible Miro is. It allows teams to collaborate in real time, no matter where they are, and the visual canvas makes workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process mapping incredibly smooth. The templates save a huge amount of time and the interface feels clean, modern, and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, boards with many elements can become slow, especially when multiple users are active at once. Some advanced features feel locked behind higher-tier plans, which may limit smaller teams. Also, navigation can be overwhelming for new users until they get used to the canvas and shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our team overcome the challenges of remote and hybrid collaboration. Before using it, workshops, planning sessions, and brainstorming were fragmented across different tools and hard to follow. With Miro, everything happens in one shared space where everyone can contribute in real time. This centralization improves alignment, speeds up decision-making, and makes it easier to visualize complex processes or ideas. As a result, meetings are more productive, project planning is clearer, and our team works more efficiently with significantly less back-and-forth.

Essential for Collaborative Study Projects

  • November 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be a very useful version of the traditional PPT, especially because it is cloud-based and user-friendly for those who are less tech-savvy, making it easier for me to use in group projects. I appreciate that all parties can join remotely at the same time and work together, which is something we found challenging with Google Slides. It's visually easy on our eyes, which helps during long sessions. The features like slide shows and post-it notes are extremely valuable for my studies and group collaborations. During classes, when professors split us into discussion groups, we can put our results on post-it notes, which makes the class more organized and easier to manage. The initial setup of Miro was relatively easy for me, and I rate my likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague as an 8 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really know how to use the slideshow feature in Miro effectively as it tends to start from a random slide. This might be because the content I have on my Miro board is too extensive. Additionally, the lack of immediate, integrated guidance makes it harder to navigate and use these features proficiently. Offering pop-up video tutorials could significantly assist in overcoming this challenge and improving my user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for study purposes, simplifying collaboration in group projects as it allows all parties to join remotely. It's easier and more intuitive than Google Slides and helps organize class activities through features like post-it notes.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly easy and intuitive to use, which is crucial when I need to quickly get going with an idea or a process. The platform simplifies creating plans or ideas by allowing me to effortlessly place objects, name them, and connect the dots. This ease of use makes the process of mapping out my job processes, campaigns, brain guidelines, and matrices straightforward and enjoyable. I also appreciate the various objects I can use to categorize my work, which enhance the clarity and organization of my projects (gives you a clear start, action items, and an end). The functionality of Miro simply stands out for me, providing a clean space to translate my thoughts into something concrete that others can also collaborate on. Additionally, the initial setup was super simple and very intuitive, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I find Miro superior compared to other products I've used, making it my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the shapes and sizes in Miro can be difficult to adjust to exactly what I need, which can be a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize my thoughts and organize job processes and marketing campaigns, streamlining collaboration and making planning intuitive and efficient. It is all great for MarOps and RevOps positions to use for new business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro extremely easy to use, which simplifies the design process significantly by making it easier to overview, review, and improve our interior design projects. Its seamless connectivity with other platforms, like Slack and Email, allows me to efficiently share boards with my team, enhancing our collaboration and communication. Overall, Miro's integration capabilities and user-friendly interface stand out positively for me.

Miro: Versatile and Intuitive, but the Workspace Can Be Confusing

  • November 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of Miro. I can do many things with it, such as developing strategies, creating flowcharts, and conducting various collaborative exercises with my team. It is an intuitive tool to use, which means I can use it without having to spend a lot of time or energy studying complex manuals. Even without being an expert, I can produce graphically pleasing and functional results. Moreover, I can discover and employ other new features easily and quickly, depending on the type of work I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let's say that it's not always very easy for me to understand how the documents are organized in the Miro workspace, so I don't always feel comfortable navigating it. Moreover, in the templates, there are many things that are also very interesting, sometimes perhaps even too much, which makes them almost distracting. I would mainly say this. Other features, like sharing, I can't always quickly understand how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create and share complex schematics and flowcharts with the team, improving visibility and collaboration. Miro is flexible and intuitive, allowing me to use it without extensive training and to adapt the features to the type of work.

Intuitive, Collaborative Platform for Projects

  • November 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and intuitive Miro is to use. There's really no need for any training; we can just jump in, add some cards or items, and get on with collaborating. It's been so useful to have these boards as reference points both during and after our brainstorming sessions. I really love the ability to link to a specific part of a board which really helps get people to focus on the same thing and avoid any confusion (even when working on a big project). It all just helps make our collaboration process much smoother and make sure we're talking about the same thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating around on Miro can be fiddly at times. Sometimes I try to move but end up selecting something (or the reverse). Additionally, while some of the tools in Miro are simple, they also feel limited. They do not offer the complexity or advanced features that might be useful for more detailed work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline brainstorming and project outlining, facilitating clarity and alignment across time zones with collaborative tools. It helps us visualize ideas easily, conduct retrospectives, and ensure everyone sees the same information, reducing confusion.
