A Game-Changer for Organizing Thoughts

  • November 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly beneficial for mapping the frameworks I use in my therapy sessions. The platform's capability to clearly display the entire structure allows me to move effortlessly between different sections and update them as needed. I appreciate the ability to zoom out and view the whole direction of my therapeutic frameworks. Miro feels like a gigantic whiteboard that provides ample room for all my ideas, helping me translate the thoughts from my mind into a tangible, usable framework. The seamlessness of Miro, even in its free version, enhances my enjoyment and satisfaction with the platform. Another feature I find invaluable is the integration with Google Meet, which allows me to involve my clients actively. I can share my Miro board with them, so they can visually follow the path we're taking and understand my ideas better as I describe them. Additionally, the ease of the initial setup was noteworthy, ensuring I could get started without hassle. Overall, Miro has significantly changed how I organize my thoughts and ideas, making it an indispensable tool that I confidently rate a 10 when recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently using the free version of Miro, which means I don't have access to all the features. Although it's working seamlessly for me now, I can't help but think that access to more images, pictures, and charts would enhance my experience significantly. Right now, I'm managing without them, but having those could add more depth and appeal to the frameworks I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize my therapy framework clearly, navigate sections easily, and share with clients during sessions to illustrate ideas. It transforms my cluttered thoughts into a tangible, organized concept map.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro because it is incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to start working on it without needing any guidance. This ease of use is a significant factor, especially because I don't have expertise in BPMN. The drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive, and the ability to zoom in and out makes detailing processes simple and efficient. I also appreciate the pre-built templates, such as the one I used for creating an organization hierarchy, which made the process easy and straightforward. The software clearly lets us visualize processes and effectively explains them during presentations. The seamless integration with tools like Notion further adds to its value, enhancing my workflow efficiency. Moreover, the initial setup was easy, and this solid user experience has led me to already recommend Miro to many colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of customization for templates frustrating. While creating an organization hierarchy was easy, I couldn't add photos as required, which limited my ability to fulfill my needs effectively. Additionally, the AI features seem to lack accuracy, which can be disappointing when expecting precise automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro clarifies process mapping and enhances presentations, offering user-friendly tools for dragging, dropping, zooming, and utilizing templates easily without guidance.

Effortless Collaboration and Task Management

  • November 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro has effectively replaced the need for extended Zoom meetings by consolidating all necessary discussion materials and tools in one accessible location. This makes it incredibly convenient to brainstorm ideas, create Kanban boards, and manage and assign tasks efficiently. Miro's interface is extremely intuitive, making it straightforward and simple to use, which has significantly streamlined our presentation process with clients, eliminating the need for repeated proposal submissions. The way it integrates features akin to those in Google Docs and Canva is a major plus, as it saves the time and hassle of toggling between multiple applications. I’m particularly fond of Miro's draw features, Kanban, and wireframing tools, which are easy and efficient, while the text features enhance communication clarity. This integration of multiple functionalities has made managing tasks and creating visually appealing layouts much easier. The aesthetic and functional appeal of having wireframes, Google Docs-like frames, and collaborative drawing tools all fused together in Miro is why we switched from Canva's 'Canva' feature to Miro, and it genuinely makes my work environment more productive and visually appealing. The initial setup was a breeze, as I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for simplicity. Overall, I find Miro's combination of tools and collaborative capabilities truly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to have some integration with like Canva or Figma so you could design ad creatives right then and there. That would make my work more streamlined and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro streamlines our task management and brainstorming, replacing long Zoom calls and centralizing our resources. It's easy to use for creating boards, wireframes, and documents, while also simplifying client presentations without needing repeated proposals.

Additionally, its initial setup was extremely easy, which facilitated the integration of Miro into our workflow without considerable demand. This combination of expansive functionality, speed, and ease of use makes me continue to recommend Miro as the best tool for visual collaboration.
