Intuitive UI, Affordable Pricing, Easy Collaboration and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface; it looks nice and is very easy to use. I use it to collaborate with other people, and they get the grasp on how to use it very quickly. The pricing is also quite affordable compared to some other options in the market. I also like the various templates, like flowcharts and roadmaps, which implement AI and are easy to use. I also attach certain workspaces to my google calendar and the integration works pretty flawlesly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for creating certain drawings and figures isn't always optimal, but those are just minor issues. Also, it gets a bit slower when you put a lot of stuff in one workspace, so it's not the best for a very big project, in my opinion. Finding some niche tools also isn't always easy, and I'm not sure where to find the help tool to provide support for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaborating with other people much easier. I can also save my work in one space, and it's easy to navigate between my different workspaces. I mainly use Miro for tutoring and it really made work easier.
Visual Communication Simplified, But Limited by Board Restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to make visual representations of things such as funnels. It really helps me communicate better so that people can understand what I'm trying to convey. I like the vibe or feeling of Miro; it's really something you create all by yourself. I maybe just like the arrows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely how I can only have 3 boards, it really limits a lot for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make visual representations like funnels, which helps people better understand my communication. However, I'm limited by only having 3 boards.
Miro Makes Brainstorming and Collaboration Effortlessly Visual
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been very helpful for me in structuring brainstorming sessions, mapping frameworks, and developing learning materials in a more systematic and collaborative way. It makes complex ideas easier to visualize, organize, and communicate across teams, especially during workshops, strategy discussions, and innovation projects. The flexibility of the canvas and collaborative features also help accelerate alignment and creative thinking
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Miro is that it can sometimes become quite heavy and slow when too many people are working on the same board simultaneously. Large boards with many elements can also affect performance and make navigation less smooth, especially during collaborative sessions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me transform abstract discussions into more structured and actionable outputs. For example, empathizing sessions with clients can be translated into a clearer learning journey, framework, or workshop flow. It is also very useful for group training sessions that require real-time collaboration, idea sharing, and visual alignment across participants.
Perfect for Collaborative Design, Needs UI Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for design work in architecture and furniture. It's great for collaboration within my team and with consultants outside of my office. I find the free form organization convenient and it saves me time since I don't have to create PowerPoint presentations to share with my team. I like being able to sketch and freely format images and drawings in Miro. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some interface functions when drawing on top of images snap to the image frame, and it's very annoying. Not being able to upload videos is also annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize ideas, which is convenient for freeform organization and saves time by avoiding creating presentations. It's great for team and external collaboration on design work.

Visual Workflows Made Simple and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s templates help me get started quickly with structured formats like flowcharts or process maps, so I don’t have to build everything from scratch. This speeds up my documentation work and supports standardization efforts.
One unexpected benefit I discovered is how effective Miro is for training and onboarding. New team members understand workflows much faster when they see a visual flow instead of reading long SOP documents, which has improved overall onboarding efficiency.
One unexpected benefit I discovered is how effective Miro is for training and onboarding. New team members understand workflows much faster when they see a visual flow instead of reading long SOP documents, which has improved overall onboarding efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working on complex workflows, boards can quickly become cluttered. Even with frames and zoom features, it can take extra time to locate specific sections or maintain a clean structure, which impacts efficiency during reviews or discussions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with managing complex workflows across multiple tools like Excel, PPT, and SOP docs, which made it hard to visualize processes and align teams. With Miro, we can now map end-to-end workflows on a single visual board, collaborate in real time, and clearly define responsibilities. This has significantly reduced back-and-forth communication and improved clarity across vendor and in-house teams. As a result, we’ve been able to create and update workflows faster, onboard team members more efficiently, and improve overall process quality.
Perfect Platform for Teachers and Students
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as an online collaborative platform for teaching my students. It helps in creating mind maps, flowcharts, and designs. I appreciate that it allows running brainstorm sessions, taking notes, and interacting in real time. It's quite interactive, and I think it's the best platform for teachers and students. The feature I find best is the infinite scroll, which allows zooming in and out. The drag-and-drop tools, sticky notes, shapes, images, links, and real-time collaboration are features I just love. I also like its collaborative nature, where multiple students can use it together, and the availability of ready-made templates. Integration with tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive is a great part of Miro. I find it very easy to use and handy, and my students have never faced any problems using it. I feel it's very straightforward and never faced any challenges with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, in loading it takes a little bit time.
