Easy Diagramming, But Slow Collaboration

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use diagram-building process in Miro, which allows me to create charts efficiently. The platform makes it simple to align different boxes and add arrows, enhancing the clarity of processes. I also appreciate the collaboration feature, which facilitates seamless teamwork and communication. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, making it accessible right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Miro's collaboration and presentation mode because every action becomes super slow. The delay is particularly noticeable when moving boxes, as it takes around one second for changes to reflect. This lag disrupts the flow of work, making the process feel sluggish and less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to build charts, making processes clearer and enhancing collaboration with an easy-to-use diagram-building process.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the live editing feature in Miro particularly beneficial. It allows our team to make changes simultaneously, which everyone can see in real-time. This capability significantly boosts our productivity and makes brainstorming sessions more organized and effective. By enabling live collaboration, Miro enhances our ability to coordinate efficiently across a diverse and remote team, accommodating both interior and architectural design needs as well as project management. This seamless collaboration tool is crucial for our design and iterative processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to locate the latest versions of files on Miro and feel uncertain about my search results. Either I don't know how to search effectively, or the platform doesn't support searching in a familiar folder-type structure. Additionally, I would like a feature that allows me to search for files by date to enhance my workflow.

I use Miro for collaborating on diverse and remote teams, facilitating interior and architectural design, project management, and design iteration. The live editing feature organizes and enhances our brainstorming sessions, allowing simultaneous updates by all team members.
