What do you like best about the product?
its an easy tool for UAT , there are many sort options
What do you dislike about the product?
Repetation is there, my opinion there should be auto update from dashboard to issue log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetation , under dashbaord we have to mention the issue then issue log has to repeate the same.

Simple and easily understandable options, allows more custom fields based on project needs, can view a perfect statistics which gives current status of project and many more.

Need some additional options in filters.

KTern.AI provides it's assistance from the start of any project, from Discover phase to Deploy. It provides a detailed assessment report and assists in project management and governance.
They have configurable dashboards and provides great value in deploy as well.

Data entry in KTern is a bit difficult in the starting could have a bit more simplified options of entering data

Assessment and project management are key items along with test preparation.
good idea to have own software for internal usage, but needs a lot of work to make it user friendly
