What do you like best about the product?
Webpersonalization and Analytical tool is fantastic! It helped me understand website visitors better by tracking their behavior on run time. I can make personalized content and offerings to meet their needs, ultimately improving user experience and driving conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segment can be made by only last 1 year Data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in Customer Segmentation and helped us in Targeting the user with personalization Content through all the communication and also helped to know customer Behaviour and like how the customer is behaving in website and analyse the data.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has helped us a lot in improving our existing product as WebEngage tracks user behaviour which we can use to make data driven descisions. With the help of the feature of creation for personalised campaigns which are very much engaging for the users and hence, help us with our conversions. These campaigns can be created fairly quickly and the implementation of WebEngage has been fairly easy because of its interactive UI. The integration of WebEnagage was quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data fetching API does not work properly and often and it is tough to get technical members of WebEngage over call with Customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped us a lot with user engagement which has in turn helped us increase our trial to subscription conversions which has boosted our revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about purchasing this tool is their support team. Easy to integrate through script and also via GTM. The events and user journey is easy to track and analyze. The segmentation part is also a good functionality. Creating and editing journeys is easy for beginners as well as for experts.
Personalized emails function is a commendable part. Anytime we get stuck with any sudden issues related to this their support team connects immediately with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing as dislike we are still using this tool. But sometimes we get script errors a lot on our console pf our website which is still not rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personilization is amazing in Webengage. Also journeys help a lot to send multiple communications. We have migrated to webengage from an another marketing tool and have seen a lof more improvement and utilization of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to handle, and it is helping us engage with our existing customers effectively. Specially the live segments. The support system is excellent too! Highly recommended for the growing organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find much problem with this tool but one specific thing which I can raise here is that, we can not short campaigns by the status or date or by using any other matrix, which is highly required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEngage, there's no need to repeatedly download and filter data manually. The Live Segment feature takes care of this in real-time, making our tasks easier. Additionally, we can schedule campaigns based on our specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
From integration to there in support, also there was a use case in our organization that most of the tools were not able to solve but webengage did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such just the in-app notification feature can be improved, more features can be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smoothing to fetch data of a user moving to our diff apps. We could map the user journey of a user using our other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Inbuilt dashboard, ease of integration and integrate Webengage API on website and it doesn't harm website performance or it doesn't increase page load time, I track the visitors and all the activities as a Ui ux Designer i track user journeys on changes made on website and webengage panel is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts doesn't seem to work sometimes, i many times my organisation has asked to develop some features but company takes longer than expected

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy in use it provides to automate the customer journey.
The Customer Support team also provides ease to work & solve all the queries promptly.

Sometimes becomes of limitation in feature count, and the target objective isn't able to be achieved.
The Frequency is also limited with onsite notification campaign

What do you like best about the product?
In our startup, we use WebEngage is widely used almost daily in a lot of ways. It is primarily used by the Marketing team and our Data team to make sure our product has the best customer engagement possible. One of the ways we use it is by doing email marketing and launching campaigns. With the help of WebEngage, we have also integrated our apps to track user behaviors by tracking necessary events. This has widely helped us to improve our product with time. I love how accurately WebEngage tracks user journeys, it has a wide range of dashboards for customer analytics where we could track that MAU and DAU. The UI is also very intuitive and doesn't take much time for the new joiners to adapt to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things which I dislike is that WebEngage has assigned a sales representative to our company and that person acts as a point of contact for all the customer support. This chain of communication often delays getting an effective response. Another thing that I feel could have been better is the ease of implementation. Our SDK team faced quite a few challenges with the integration of WebEngage, although once it was successful, it paid us dividends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping us identify our user's behavior for our product. It also helps us in Marketing with customer journey mapping and automating marketing-related tasks. We have seen a huge impact on the user onboarding process with the changes we made on the basis of the user data we analyzed. Also, WebEngage has helped us improve our monthly user reactivations with the help of several customer journeys and personalised email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about WebEngage is has a comprehensive suite of tools for customer engagement. The interface is super user-friendly as a user I can say that. The advanced anatytics and segmentation features helped us to empower our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be difficult to understand and handle as a new user. The Integration process also took a lot of time for us. And customer support response times could be improved.

WebEngage solved big problems in multi-channel communication, behavioural analytics, and marketing automation. It also helped us to understand user behaviour and get insights about are business.
