WebEngage: A Robust Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage is one of the best platform for remarketing and it has alot of marketing automation features. And it also offers a range of tools for personalized campaigns such as Push notifications, email and in App messages. The customer support team are really very helpful, they were very closely in touch with us during the Integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The WebEngage dashboard need be restructured properly, as we have seen that sometimes data is not appropriate. After the onboarding process, trainig and suppport function can be increased to 5 to 6 months that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage makes it easier for our business to talk to customers in a way that feels personal. It helps save time by automating tasks and uses data to make smarter decisions.
Webengage User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tools that WebEngage provides us for capturing the user's behavior and communicating with the users, like the ability to send campaign emails and create journeys for segments of users. It has a very user-friendly UI, and easy to find the things that you are looking for. Once you purchase a subscription, a representative is assigned to your account and you can reach that person whenever you have any issues that you want to resolve. The WebEngage events are very easy to integrate and implement with websites and apps, and the data is shown in the dashboard in real-time. I use the webengage dashboard regularly to monitor the campaigns the events triggered for segment of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that I have with the WebEngage tool is that sometimes it becomes very slow and takes a lot of time to open campaigns or dashboards. The events triggered are also shown very late (approx 15 mins delay). This happens very rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage is helping in analyzing user journey using which we can Identify if users are having any difficulties at any point of the product usage. We can easily send out mails to our customers offering them discounts etc. We are using webengage for all the marketing related tasks and we can automate it. We also use webengage for analysing user journey funnels and user lifetime engagement metrics. It provided 360 degree view of each individual users.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about WebEngage is its ability to help businesses communicate better with their customers. It also has tools to send personailzed messsages, understand customer behaviour, which makes marketing more effective. And all the features are super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting it with other tools becomes a headcahe sometimes. But the cilent success team helped us to get it done. Pricing is also another factor, not every company can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement, segmentation, A/B testing, multi-channel communication, automation, analytics, and user retention are all resolved by WebEngage.
It's very useful tool we can send a coms very seamlessly with this.

Journey's are very good feature to addopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
some more functions can improve while creating the joirney like if we want to send the journey in recurring then it's not useful I think so.

What do you like best about the product?
I could say that It's a good software, I will recommend it if you want to automate customer journey as well as send hyper personalised and cross channel communications. It's easy to integrate. Currently, we are using this to engage our audience. It comes with an excellent feature such as inbuilt analytics where you can check the progress of your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-defined email and sms templates are very less in the library, also I found it very difficult to create or use of dynamic templates. The analytics feature can be imporved by using segment level reporting (using funnels).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with WebEngane is very good as of now. We have decided to go ahead fully with this tool last year, we started paid our journeys which we were doing manually from quite a long. And guess what, It made our lives very easy by using the it's automation. Now the customer journey is much more systematical and powerful. So in the nut shell, I would like to say that the power of this tool related to customer journey is very strong.

The platform is easy to use, and it helped us engage with our customers effectively. Specially the live segment part. The support team is fantastic too! Highly recommended.

We can't short the campaigns by status or date or with any other matrix that one thing i would like to bring in your notice

with the help of webengage we don't need to dowload and filter the data again and again, live segment part is already doing it and its making our execution easy. Also we can schedule the campaigns according to our requirements.

The live segmentations need to be improved and we have faced some issues in it. And it also lacks certain high-level features or customizability that they require.
