They have implemented a new UI for a better user experiance.

yes, Now they have updated the journeys section earlier we were not able to edit the existing running journey, now we can edit it

ease of use , and data analysis , drop off journey prepartion is very easy with the help of this tool. integration was also very easy.

WebEngage is very simple to use; even first-timers are very easily able to adopt, understand and use the tool as per the company's business needs. Customer support team is also very active. WebEngage constantly updates their features and holds regular community catch-ups to ensure users can perpetually enhance their functional activities.

Sometimes, some screens take little longer than usual to refresh, thus slowing down the process slightly.

1) Account support: Pooja Jaiswal has always been available to solve my queries, ideate new campaigns and always helping to implement the industry best practices.
2) Ease of access: dashboard is very easy to read and interact with. It's very intuitive.
3) Ease of implementation: right starting from onboarding to daily teething issues, support team is very prompt.

Smaller things still needs attention or focus from Webengage like customizing the notifications or email look and feel as per the brand
