Till now didn't have such an issue but yes if dashboard can be more exhaustive with some insights it will be great for us .

This is solving managing the drip campaign for the customers considering our business have long sales cycle and larger considertion time

Awesome Product for Marketing Automation and track Customer Behaviour
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can create customer journey and the way it tracks each users activity, that's great. It is good to use the same tool to reach each user via different channels

I don't think so I faced any challenges on the same tool. As said we can use the same tool effectively by seeing its analytics and tracking users and then create the flows accordingly

It helps to track each users from where they are coming and where they are dropping of. It helped to track the same users and covert them from unknown to known users

Best engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
The complete dashboard and one stop solution for the engagement campaigns be it a whatsapp notification, push notification, emailer and SMS campaigns. Webengage has been designed in a very simplistic way so that every teams be it product, tech, marketing, community can use it and one can hold of the platform fairly fast as compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are couple of features on the platform which can not be used extensively due to UI restriction being imposed on them, one such feature being In-app notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consumer centric company, performing marketing is a tidious task managing different platforms at the same time. WebEngage has made it possible to do all type of marketing communication from a single place. We have been actively using WebEngage for sending out various type of push notifications and whatsapp campaigns related to multiple events, special products for seniors and travel packages.

The analytics dashboard of email and SMS campaigns give a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't.

- There is no option to filter events under a user's profile.
- There is no search bar for email templates

What do you like best about the product?
Has the best customization for creating Journeys. It is ver user friendly. All my clients use the same tool, due to this i never had the opportunity to explore other tools.

It takes a lot of time in creating segments.

It is very user friendly. We can easily create any automations without any trouble. It has facilities like Frequency capping,Control Grouping, A/B testing, Coversion Tracking.

WebEngage is an easy-to-use tool and is a one stop solution for all marketing issues. Web engage support team is very quick and helpful.

Webengage is a great product, but is a bit pricey

Web Engage has helped me save a lot of time by allowing to automate 80% of the task that I used to manually do on a daily basis.
One of the best Marketing Automation Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Using webengage as a marketer is the best tool because the may it be segment creation, different communication channels, or analytics.Everything at a place and very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment creation process sticks with few limitations which can be sorted, like in user behaviour section, I have to choose any one option between 'and' & 'or' which makes my user lists with limitations. This can be improved with making a choice on both 'and' & 'or' on all events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For every problems, like one for campaign report with 'end-date' had been an issue for us, team webenagage took some time and then they helped us with this.
