What do you like best about the product?
The analytical part is helpful to understand the data. there are many tools which we can analyze the data we have different views. It's very friendly to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking more time to generate the segments. Also, there are some customizing campaigns tools that are missing compared to MoEngage. In survey part there are no eye-catching templates that we can select
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is the journey. It simply automates the manual work & its works well. It helps to increase the reinstall rate, cart abandon rate & repeat purchases.

One can create various customer segments and then different have journies for those segments.

UI could be a lot simpler. Doesn't work easily for white labelled apps

What do you like best about the product?
The journeys feature and it's ability to integrate with other no code tools to power experimentation as well as on-scale production. It has the right set of other features and is commercially viable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have actively used Segments on WebEngage, but it takes a significant time to brew the segment, and add all the users to a segment as per the filters. If the brewing could be made faster, it would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building engaging loops with the users, increasing conversions across different steps in the funnel, reducing time to experiment features and also increasing retention.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is well made, the on-boarding team is excellent. All the events, users and attributes were set as per the business requirements. We are able to check from dashboard whether events are working or not. Makes it so easy to use. Journey builder is one of the best in the class!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such, the csm is always there to do the customized requirements based on campaign ideas. Personally, I would like to see drag and drop Cart option for e-commerce customers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retention Marketing is the main objective, however the tool provides so much more than that like customer cohort analysis, funnels, surveys, Feedbacks, On site notifications etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the WebEngage journeys which really help me with user retention. Even helps bring back users which were not active for a while now by reaching out to them at the perfect time through automated journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike, but they can work on the initial integration process which takes up a lot of time. Also, the account representatives only communicate through emails mainly and it's a bit difficult to get hold of them when you actually need their time during the integration process. User faster communication channels like WhatsApp, slack could be better and the account representative should allocate more time to a client during the onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User retention and engagement. It helps us reach the customer through their preferred mode of communication at the right time. Helps us ensure that our customers don't forget us.

The whole automation suite is superior product than competitors so it is not that pocket-friendly for small companies.
This product could have been better if it had a native integration with Shopify (Our company-specific use case)

Sending and automating personalised campaigns across multiple channels based on the insights recieved from the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the best things about webengage are its dashboard - everything very easily navigatable and available on the sidebar, segments have a wide range of filters and it connects with a lot of 3rd partys if youre looking to do a lot of out of the box solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really hate about webengage is it lets me create a campaign on my mobile but doesn't let me publish it. But it fixes a lot of other problems other onmichannels have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing was to set up uniform journeys to segmented users and engage with them on a personalized level which it does perfectly, supporting multiple channels. Benefits being an excellent journey/ flow builder and access to multipe messaging channels.
