An Amazing Marketing automation product that takes away your hours of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part that I like is funnels and event based journey that reacts to real time event and help us to organize our marketing engagement pipeline interactive at every stage the user is on. There are lots of tools that are available on webengage that makes it so flexible to shape very engaging journeys for users and its highly targeted personalization helps to make campaigns and journey so elegant and beautiful for users that they get sense of importance. Other best part about webenage is its engagement channels, webenage provides a wide range of engagement channels like sms, push, in-app notification, push, whatsapp, email, facebook, on-site. When you such great engagement channels then you can craft your journeys very smartly to make sure you are reaching your audience in a very impactful and engaging way. Also it provides extensions with the help of webhooks and rest api so you have access and control over that level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any such things but it would be great to see new features like analytical dashboards and views to help us look data from a single view so that we can analyze things on a very high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the engagements and automation problems with webenage as we have a whole arsenal of tools that makes it very flexible to use and also gives us full control on the flow. It is helping us automate acquisition campaigns and engaging users throughout their life cycle based on real time events happening.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service provided by WebEngage is the best in the industry. WebEngage is very powerful and we are able to reach our users with the right message at the right time. I am especially a big fan of WebEngage's journey designer. The platform is fast, reliable, robust and secured. I highly recommend WebEngage to anyone looking for a marketing automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such so far, the tool has been unlocking great potential for us consistently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage allows us to connect with users much more efficiently & it has improved our campaign conversion rates. It has enabled us to make more sales from our existing users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! It is worth it. Their support team is incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Great turn around time on integration and exceptional support from the success and tech managers. I loved the flawless of data flow and uninterrupted workflows and triggered communication. Worthy of saving me 1000 of dollars on outsourced task otherwise. Their professional services team are a bunch of genius who get custom request also addressed which is not possible in regular stack. They value to their customer's business is just too good. I get update on regular product improvisation notification as all the teams works very closely. Their dev and analytics team is great to go over the milestones to cater any specific communication implementation and reporting.

I would love to work with them again in future as they personally believe to make/save you money by using their solution. Kudos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier I thought of meeting them every month which is possible now as they have got an office in my city.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solution for all channels and CRM activities.
Managing regular and triggered communication.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If need all marketing automation which includes SMS, Social channels such as FB or Whatsapp, web push, mobile push and onsite marketing, this is the tool for it. Many service integrations are also seamless.

Great Multi-channel Marketing Automation Platform & Super active customer support

What do you like best about the product?
a) Very easy to use and the tool can be learned quickly.
b) Customer support is very active and replies with TAT of less than a day. The resolution depends on the issue at hand, but one can bet on their dedication to resolving the issues at the earliest.
c) Customer journeys can be constructed very quickly with the help of drag and drop feature in the tool. Many configuration options are available at the user level as well as at the attributes level, which makes user journeys hyper-personalized.
d) WebEngage has intuitive dashboards that help you in understanding the effectiveness of campaigns and take corrective actions accordingly. You can automate the reports on daily or weekly basis. This saves a lot of time of ops time.
What do you dislike about the product?
a) The segmentation dashboard is slow, but they have introduced an alternative for it which fixes this issue.
b) The other part being Funnel analysis is very basic. WebEngage is a very powerful Engagement tool but they have a long way to go in terms of analytics suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEngage we are trying to increase user engagement in the app by automating user journeys and hyper-personalizing the content. We have seen an uplift of 5% in CTR due to push amplification and 15% in returning users in 3 months. Manual efforts have also decreased and conversion have increased by a 0.7% point basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always make a list of use cases, this will help you and WE team to understand your requirements and thus will save a lot of time afterward.

What do you like best about the product?
Single platform for customer outreach. This includes ability to create segments and share them across platforms such as FB etc to improve audience targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like ability to share audiences with Google Adwords as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SMS, Emailers, Facebook audience automation, Whatsapp campaigns.

Everything can be handled from a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Even the most difficult tasks can be handled smoothly because of the support we get from the employees of WebEngage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue in creating live segments and it is still there as it takes very much time. Sometimes we lose out time-specific campaigns because of the non-availability of the segment as it takes more time than usual to brew.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major issue is with live segments only. Also, I face some issues while using cohorts as well. My understanding is the most performing cell should be in the darkest shade of blue, but its results are never of the default behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand what our users are doing and how we can target them. We can engage our customers using different tools they are providing. It is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have to integrate Website Layout/UI with the new UI. They can create a better dashboard. Overall Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the Funnel Drop off and communication problems for our user. We are able to achieve significant progress. Especially during the COVID times.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about WebEngage is that it helps me drive the Marketing campaigns with a lot of ease with help of Journeys based on User actions
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to copy just a content from one of my already delivered sms, email or push, I have to first open the previous one and navigate myself to the content page which I think can be reduced a little bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part which WebEngage plays with my day to day activity is to streamline User acquisition and retention process through triggered SMS / Push / Email (trigger based on pre defined User activity)

If you are searching for a tool to help you with User acquisition and retention, then I must say go for it

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with the drag and drop canvas and excellent customer care team for all queries and product strategies to best optimize processes.
It really is a very useful and fast tool to set up journeys. It also supports pop-ups and desktop push notifications built in which is a nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more functionality with AB Testing and the ability to build in a notifications management center for users to manage all communications channels opt in/out's would be good but overall very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex customer journeys running over 50,000 webinars a month to have it all automated with the rest of the entire student journey.
We have reduced the level of manual work by 30X with WebEngage automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Obviously do your homework but overall I couldn't recommend WebEngage more, its a fantastic platform that will most likely be playing with the big boys very soon as its growing fast and in the right direction.
