What do you like best about the product?
I am a fan of Journey Builder, User Overview Builder via Event, Funnel, Cohort Plotting.
Plus added advantage of Attribute tracking gives directional decision-making capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Graph Download Option is not Available on WebEngage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big Problem Statement likes Automating Communication on User Behaviour to Small but critical problems like People who are close to Funnel, Converting them with Coupons.

What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to push messages to users depending on their actions on our app

We haven't found any problems as such with the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send relevant messaging to users depending on which part of the user journey they are in. We are also able to send this messaging via multiple channels.

Go for it! Its marketing on steroids and without hassle!

What do you like best about the product?
Creation of Personalized Journey's. It's very easy to create all our CRM need base triggers for customer retention through WebEngage system
What do you dislike about the product?
Cutrently Reporting Structure is quite time consuming & doing same tasks multiple time

Customer Retention, by using WebEngage we are getting benefits of mapping my whole CRM activities in well format & personalized manner

Easy to understand TOOL which helps in making journeys through different channels of CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I have made different Journeys based on dormancy, RNB customers, Wishlisters through different channels of CRM which helped in increasing the revenue. The most important feature which I liked is small logic with Just drag and drop feature. Also, we can change the communication easily in journeys. Apart from Journeys, we can download the data which will give you the complete information like delivered numbers, clicks,opens,sent numbers, conversion, Revenue which helps in analysis whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any drawbacks in webengage. However, as reports can be downloaded easily but only for one month. There should be feature to download the data of any number of months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made journeys which helped in increasing the clicks and opens which results in increased revenue. We are using journeys and web push for traffic problem solving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WebEngage is an easy to implement tool with logics where we can make journeys easily with just drag and drop. Ecommerce companies should use this Tool to enhance the clickability, revenue and to solve traffic problems.

What do you like best about the product?
* Journeys - Can Automate User flow through pre-defined custom Journeys. It reduce manual labor.
* Relays - More powerful version of Journey, where custom business events can be setup in order to automate user flow.
* Include & Exclude Multiple segments in Communications Like Email/SMS/Push/Webpush
*Push Amplification - Increases Push Notifications Delivery
What do you dislike about the product?
*In-app Experience - only CTA is clickable in screen blocker In-app, also Button is compulsory & is positioned at bottom of creative so not much can be done regarding that.
* Unable to distinguish Inapp if you are using 2 apps.
* OnSite - Most of time segments doesn't appear in onsite campaigns. also conversion of onsite are not event based.
* Multiple conversion for campaign - Not Supported.
*Can't visualize data of 2 events in one screen, in order to compare

We are using webengage for marketing automation & analytics. It has helped to segment our customers & send them communication accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of Use in terms of campaign creation, reports, event management, etc.
2. 24*7 support team availability for solving any kind of issue.
3. Innovative product features like geo-targeting, include exclude feature in campaigns, etc.
4. Third-party integration like SMS, email, etc is easy to execute.
5. The onsite notification has helped improve offer visibility for desktop and mobile web audience.
6. Journey campaigns to reach out to customers as and when they drop and to upsell and xsell with best offers.
7. Reaching out to customers with the communication of their recent search using nunjucks in the campaigns has helped improve CTR and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Segment brewing speed at times are slow
3. Web push as a communication channel can be improved to help reach out to desktop and mobile web users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A 360-degree communication platform, WebEngage has helped us reach heights! We have been mostly using to send out communications. The option to create a segmented audience set and to send out a specific communication basis their recent search history has helped to improve customer engagement. Features like journey creation and reaching out to the customer as and when they drop with best offers have improved conversions on the platform. Also, other features like onsite notification have helped us improve offer visibility for desktop and mobile web audience. Overall, we can say its a great tool to use for regular customer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Webenage is a powerful tool providing host of features for marketing, analytics and product use-cases. Things that impresses are:
1. Webengage Journeys are definitely a delight! It empowers us to reach our users across their lifecycles and communicate with them in hyper personalised ways. The tool provides lots of flexibilities and covers most of the advances use cases.
2. User segmentation - Provides multiple ways to segment & target users across all channels.
3. Unmatched support - Webengage support team is always accessible and our customer success manager has been always there when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There is a lot of room for improvement in analytics. Many features in terms of analytics still lack.
- Speed of certain dashboards is also slow and can be improved.
- Segmentation with events based filtering take quite a time to brew.
- Does not allow sending emails to users who have not signed up on platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Webengage for multiple product & business use cases that have directly translated in growth in our KPIs. Few of them are:
1. Nurturing new users - Personalised communication strategies for newly signed up users to enable product discovery
2. Re-activating inactive users - Automated communications that helped us reduce churn rates
3. Improving conversion rates - Used journeys to send personalised communications in time via different channels

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Webengage is the one-stop solution it provides to all your personalized marketing needs. You can check the user funnel, create journeys based on user behavior on your products and send the communication based on every behavior.
Moreover, the best part is the API support it has. You don't need to add fixed data, just call your API within the journey or any other communication medium to personalize the content in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit difficult to add customizations like page delay or scroll percentage which were not available till the last time I used webengage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company looking to increase customer conversion, personalized communication was a big challenge as we as a product marketing team didn't want to spam the user. Webengage's user journey came in handy at this time. Through this solution, we were not just able to grow exponentially but with such volatile and price sensitive industry our retention and conversion percentage also increased in double digits.

Powerful Multi Channel User Engagement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Drag & drop journey builder is really helpful - "Key is one can use multi channel at a time". With data accuracy it gives me more confidence in taking decisions. Cohort & Funnels are next best thing which comes handy. Flexibility of playing with user event and attribute makes the communication very contextual which leads to higher engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's is actually a powerful and easy-to-use tool, however I wish WebEngage team should not restrict this superb product for user analytics and engagement WebEngage should incorporate "Product Analytics (Both App and Web)" I am sure with hybrid of user engagement and product analytics it will not only empower the marketing team but also as a product it will dominate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving user engagement, wining back the churned users and improving the LTV are the key problem I am working on and trust me WebEnage made it super easy by felicitating me take data and insights backed decisions.

Must have tool, it will actually help you and your team taking data and insight based decisions.
