What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has proven to be a valuable CRM tool for our food and beverage brand, especially since we need to engage customers across our website and mobile app. What stands out is its capability to track the customer journey effectively, providing us with clear insights into how our customers interact with our brand at different touchpoints.

Furthermore, the platform offers robust features for analyzing our CRM campaigns. The analytics dashboards are intuitive and provide the necessary data to measure campaign performance, understand what resonates with our audience, and refine our marketing efforts for better results. For a growing food and beverage business like ours, the fact that WebEngage is also budget-friendly compared to many other CRM tools in the market is a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
More gamification tools can be incorporated into the low subscription plan so that we can increase the website's conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has proven to be a valuable CRM tool for our food & beverages brand, especially with our need to engage customers across both our website and mobile app. What stands out is its capability to effectively track the customer journey, providing us with clear insights into how our customers interact with our brand at different touchpoints. What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, multi layered integrations with marketing channels and seamless customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing critical as such. However, based on our custom business requirements, team has always helped us with the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple use cases like engaging users for acquisition, to retention and even cross-selling. Webengage's platform enable us to orchestrate our entire customer engagement journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and comprehensive, with pre built insights on leads, and easily downloadable CSVs
What do you dislike about the product?
Few features we were not able to explore as they were behind a paywall, if there could be a way where we can have a few credits to try them first before making a payment

What do you like best about the product?
The tool interface is user-friendly, making it simple to use. The Analytics & Funnel section and dashboards can aid in the efficient analysis of customer data as well as the development of an effective customer retention segmentation plan. The application of AI in the segmentation phase to create predictive segmentation results in a high conversion rate. The WebEngage CSM team provides excellent support from start to finish, from tool integration to improved campaign performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user path analysis can be improved as well if we can get insights into that. Also, the use of Gen-AI APIs in the content creation part can be very helpfull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily focused on client retention and engagement, and the tools are really useful in both areas. We employ channel marketing, which is really effective. Automation of journeys across several channels aids in lead nurturing and conversion in subscription-based products.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can orchestrate the customer journey using webengage is a major plus for startups. This is a really effective customer engagement solution and i would recommend it to all startups...
What do you dislike about the product?
Support needs to improve as there tends to be a "take it live and forget it" attitude... There has to be better support for startups with smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about WebEngage is how it simplifies our complex marketing needs with its intuitive journey designer - I can build multi-channel campaigns without bothering our tech team! The segmentation is incredibly powerful, letting me target specific customer groups based on their actual behaviors rather than just basic demographics. Their personalization features have transformed our messaging. The analytics dashboard gives me all the insights I need at a glance, making reporting to leadership a breeze. And I can't praise their support team enough - whenever I've hit a roadblock, they've responded quickly with practical solutions rather than generic troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
While WebEngage is excellent overall, there are a few areas for improvement. The reporting interface, though data-rich, can feel cluttered at times, making it challenging to quickly find specific metrics when I'm in a hurry. I occasionally experience minor lag times when working with large customer datasets, which can interrupt my workflow. Despite these minor drawbacks, the platform's strengths far outweigh these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage solved our fragmented communication problem by unifying all messaging channels into one platform. It eliminated our data silos and inconsistent customer experiences across email, SMS, Whatsapp, and push notifications. The automated workflows have saved our team countless hours on manual campaign tasks, letting us focus on strategy instead. Our customer retention has improved through targeted re-engagement campaigns, and the analytics have revealed valuable behavior insights we were missing before.

Webengage has pretty good user interface and the analytics interface that we get after a journey is pretty impressive

Cost, They could lower their cost a bit.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Webengage is that I can easily create customer journeys.Optimizing journeys in Webengage is not even very easy but also is very effective. We have increased our conversions by using Webengage up to 30%.
Webengage is a very user friendly platform that you can learn fast. I use Webenage for almost 3 hours each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage can feel complex to set up but with their customer support team and also a good tchnical team you can be sure that you will get over and the integration becomes very easy in this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webenage helps me to send better messages to our customers and to convert them better. It buys me so much time that I don't need to send SMS to our users in an old way and all of them are now automated.
