What do you like best about the product?
the best part of webengage is thier automation and multiple ways to go back to left user and also notifying customer who visted our website or app

customer support and demo is expllent

easy impentention by expert and good demo trial

easy to use for new user also

integration is also good they have multiple platform for connecting to webengage

frequency of use is regualr its give detailed journey

overall excellent choice for easy joruney tracking and goving back to left user and targeting by segments

some cost is higher and upfront is big downside compare to other providers and for small business its burden when high charges for starting

our data is on multiple places and its good for integrated way to target user and go back to reach again in proper way

we can create complex web journeys with validation and conditions to reach out specific cohorts of users.

some reporting features still need improvement.

we are able to easily reach out to our customers and convey the promotional as well as transactional messages to them. it is helping to improve the conversion rates as we are able to reach them at regular interval with relative ease.

Not any critical issues, but some more advanced filtering options would help.

What do you like best about the product?
We frequently use WebEngage and it works best for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement, It's easy to learn and use, setting up Push Notifications, Journeys, Creating Segments is quite fast and it helps to automate most of the stuf. WebEngage Support is always active and available for us with fast response and fixes. It's easy to integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the Product is that it should have some features for free or atleast the part of the basic plan like Intelligent Sending, RCS, In-Line Content. Also WebEngage is best suited for Marketing Automation but not for Customer Analytics. I wish to see it become more powerful in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use WebEngage for Growth, be it Activation or Retention. We use it as a CDP, Omnichannel Campaign Management, Creating Automated Journeys, Sending Daily Push Campaigns and Analytics. It has helped us in Identifying and Decreasing Drop Across Funnel, Increasing Conversions, Retaining and Engaging Users through Campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Data Platform (CDP) is really helpful, it lets us bring data from different sources together and get a full view of our users.

Setting up and tracking transactional emails is simple, which saves time and reduces mistakes.

Marketing automation has gotten much better. We can now create complex workflows with multiple triggers and conditions without needing extra tools.

The platform also has improved analytics dashboards, giving more insights into user behavior and how campaigns are performing.

Overall, WebEngage feels faster and smoother when handling large amounts of data and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be a bit confusing for new users. Grouping similar features together would make it easier to find things.

Sometimes, reports take a little longer to load, especially when working with large datasets.

Some parts of the interface, like the campaign builder, aren’t very intuitive. Some options are hidden under multiple clicks, which can be frustrating.

Having more ready-to-use templates for campaigns and emails would make it quicker and easier for beginners to get started.
