for me webengage is helping me to map my customer's journeys and retaining that customer to shop again. webengage helping in targeting right audience with accurate data.

The Customer Success Management (CSM) Services and Integrations team at WebEngage, along with the product’s capabilities, can significantly transform your communication. When properly utilized by a business, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the product surprises with its amazing analytics and customizable features tailored for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing at the moment. I only wish the CSM services were made mandatory during the initial 3-6 months.

With WebEngage, you won’t need to use multiple separate platforms to launch your campaigns. Whether it’s reports, revenue, or clicks, everything is available in one place!
Webengage is one of the best customer engagement platforms which helps brands grow their business.
What do you like best about the product?
They offer engagement across multiple channels. A variety of journeys can be created which helps in customer engagement. User segmentation can be done in depth which helps in personalised campaigns. The platform provides deep insights and analytics. It also a user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, probably the solutions can be provided quicker for our queries.

It is helping us to personalise the campaigns based on user behaviour and attributes. We are able to map the journeys as per events executed by the customers which helps us retain them.

The most impressive aspect of WebEngage is the tool itself, complemented by the exceptional support provided for learning and using it. They offer comprehensive guidance and half holding throughout our entire journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytical features in WebEngage could use some improvement and require specific learning. The analysis and reports could be more straightforward, as it's currently challenging to view delivery rates, open rates, and clicks separately for each day's campaign, which can be confusing when we set-up a journey for one particular campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One crucial problem that Webengage addresses is setting up campaign journeys. While this is a core feature of Webengage, we also leverage it for WhatsApp (in partnership with Gupshup) and SMS, making it a highly compatible and user-friendly tool. Additionally, we use it for push notifications, making Webengage integral to all our marketing communications. I appreciate their exceptional support, as they consistently go above and beyond to assist us, which is a rare quality.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of using WebEngage for retention marketing activities for the D2C brands is the numerous number of features and the ease of implementing those in our campaigns.

I don't think there's any downside of using WebEngage.

WebEngage is helping keep my users engaged throughout, and also gives me an understanding of my low hanging fruits (the users that need my immediate attention) which I might not be able to judge via my performance marketing campaigns or otherwise.

Downsides is the mssing of some filters or features which can save more time.

We are able to get the complete report and manage complete customer campaign via same platform

We dint have direct integration to whatsapp (WATI). It would be great if the team adds the same as one of their partners to make the integration easier. To avoid any middle tire integration.

New AI equiped feature is great as it helps track different customers from different strategy and we are able to create Funnels to find the drop offs and many more.

Webengage has helped us creating a brand awareness amongst our buyers. Existing and new buyers. It has helped us creating retention journeys. It has helped us increase our AOV. It has also helped us in email marketing and whatsapp marketing. We have made some website personalisation on our website that have helped us increase our sales overtime. Overall, a very good tool to have for a new brand like ours.
