What do you like best about the product?
The platform is known for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it accessible even to those without extensive technical expertise. This ease of use can help teams quickly adapt and make the most of the platform’s features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to be honest.
However, the cost sometimes can be high for small businesses or startups with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage addresses several key challenges faced by businesses in customer engagement and marketing.
It consolidates fragmented customer data across platforms into unified profiles, allowing for better personalization. Advanced segmentation tools enable precise targeting, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Automation features streamline multi-channel campaign management, saving time and reducing errors.
WebEngage also ensures personalized interactions through tailored content and recommendations, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Its multi-channel support, including email, SMS, push notifications, and web, provides a cohesive customer experience.
Additionally, analytics and reporting tools offer valuable insights for optimizing marketing strategies.

What do you dislike about the product?
Data capturing delays sometimes occur. The server is rarely down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started as an email marketing specialist at Edvoy without any experience in WebEngage. Now, I am a growth marketer managing push notifications, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, data uploads, personalization, and lifecycle marketing communications—all thanks to WebEngage. After completing the WebEngage course you provided, I am now becoming a marketing and retention expert.

What do you like best about the product?
As a budding marketer, i have had the opportunity to work wiht the customer retention team at my firm and web engage as a marcom tool has come been of greta help to understand the world of customer retention through content marketing

The creation of flows and journeys and being able to access dashboard to evaluate performance of campaigns has been an enriching experience for me and a greta learnign start
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent bugs make it difficult to retrieve drafts which can sometimes get lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evaluate the user journey better and understand the lapses in the journey from lead to customer

What do you like best about the product?
- all the features of the webengage are good
What do you dislike about the product?
event based searching needs to improved

there is no way, if i sent a event, i can see which user generated the event, that is one thing they can work on

we are food tech company monkeybox, so we are using funnels to track our conversion and all sort marketing is done by webengeage and intergreation with varios whatsapp campaign tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like web-engage because it's helps me get insights easy and clear.
The RFM and Funnels especially gets me a uper hand understanding user journey within the app. And it's easy to track marketing success rate with an ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a product analyst there are some downsides too, it's hard to know facts at some point if WebEngage is not calibrated well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me understand various users batch and their journey within the app itself and it's cross platform function with Branch helps me understand/ visualise how our marketing campaign are performing with real life analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly the learners guide because I have learned it only through the guide and following the steps.
Integrations and journey setups are the easiest
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Everything in webengage is simplest and easy to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made more then 100 journeys in webenageg in our organisation and it has helped us build a seamless process of website surfing and reaching the end goal. The segementation part in webengage is the most helpfull for us in targetting the right audience with relevant content and at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy WebEngage makes customer engagement. Its powerful segmentation and personalization tool let us communicate effectively. And, their prompt and helpful customer support makes the experience great.
What do you dislike about the product?
WebEngage has great features and customer support It’s really great, but the interface isn't very user-friendly. Some tasks take too many steps and could be simplified.
Eg: In segment WebEngage will take too much time to load and also for creating new Segment Its take too much time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has made it easier for us to engage with customers. Helps us personalize messages on various channels, boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty. The user segmentation and analytics features give us useful insights to refine our marketing. Overall, WebEngage has greatly improved our customer connections.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is the user interface which makes it very easy for the user to implement the campaign.
WebEngage is full of features that improve customer experience and increase the frequency of usage of our campaign which helps us to reach our users on time.
We can schedule N numbers of campaigns and no campaign gets hampered, and neither does any campaign impact any other campaign.
The customer support system of Webengage is also good which is always there to help us in resolving any issue that occurs during the execution of any campaign on Webengage.
The integration between our Data Science Team information and WebEngage team is also very smooth and each information floats easily as per our demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm fully satisfied with the support and features provided by WebEngage and my experience is good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we used to face many issues like Personalisation not working for the name tag and now we can use the name tag which has increased the CTR by about 62% on app push and about 82% on WhatsApp.
