What do you like best about the product?
The user interface (UI), features, and user experience of the Kore.ai dashboard are new and refreshing. As a developer, I can relate to the efforts behind the exceptional design of Kore.ai's dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, there might be some resistance to change from users accustomed to the legacy dashboard. However, I believe that people will gradually relate to and become accustomed to the new dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai chatbots have made customer interaction easy.

multiple different products that have different technical usage, and hence confusing for users who are learning.

documentation is not very up to date and not much helpful when trying to learn the platform itself

Learnt a lot about creating Bots in an easy way using XO platform
What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to use and easy to implement any bot from the scratch. I like the enormous number of features available in xo platform. Integration is the thing I haven't worked on yet. As per theoretical knowledge, it would be easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can see there is no option to view data fom the datatables.
As a developer i feel it would be better if we can see the data inside tables, either by querying it or by using any GUI.
Language options we have to change feew things manually, it would be better if teh bot translates it like it translates the small talk.

The least helpful to my Kore.ai is unable to listen continuously 4 hours

What do you like best about the product?
Kore XO Platform provides a very extensive way to deply smart bots into different channel carrying the same experience in all of them. The tools are simple and is a friendly approaching to new conversational agents. Deploying the bot in this channels just need a couple of clicks and let you communicate through whatsapp, web channel, and other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe documentation could have more friendly examples, videos or guides of using some components.
