What do you like best about the product?
User frendly, easy to use. Can be used to quickly develop a chat bot

Faced server issues few times. And the limit for batch testing may day must be increased.

The widget appears somewhat outdated and traditional in appearance. It may be necessary to review and redesign it based on client requirements, as a single design does not suit all industries.

It is a very easy-to-understand and easy-to-handle bot-building platform. With limited technical knowledge, one can create a reliable customized, robust bot. The drag-and-drop functionality and easy third-party integrations result in a significant development and testing environment. Faster than a traditional bot.

There is nothing much to dislike. But there is a thing that it takes too much time to understand every feature available on the Kore.AI platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the kore AI platform is developed with less coding structure. The process of different channels and language enablement is the primary key. The concept, synonyms, traits, rules and patterns are great. The platform is perfect. The community people are always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation has to improve. The NLP training and model used for this training has to be different for different use cases. A clear idea about the different models used should be provided in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing a conversational AI chatbot which helps the bank to reach out to millions of customers on different channels like email, telegram, WhatsApp, web, IVR etc. So the customer will have access to the banking system 24/7 in his favourite social media platform.
