What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai xo platform is one of the best code-free chatbot-building websites, and it is free for essential use, so it helps us to learn to build a chatbot without any coding knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
For building the chatbot, some of the topics in the documentation are not working correctly, like deploying the chatbot In WhatsApp

The coding part is the main problem of building a chatbot, but the kore.ai xo platform helps us to develop our chatbot without any coding knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
Kore provides all the tools and necessary training required to start building bots. The botbuilder is feature rich and extremely easy to use and pick up for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no emulators/test tools for the different social channels. Sometimes the botbuilder UI behaves inconsistently but can be sometimes solved by closing the browser and re-entering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my task as a Solution Engineer, Kore allows me to create bots for my demos quickly. The demos range from customer care tasks to simple workflow automations.
Easiest and fun way to develop chatbots
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for easy creation of tasks, training of natural language model, multi-language platform, API integration, and publishing to multiple channels. The support from the community and personal support is excellent and commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation should be upgraded and involve more general things to it. The auto-translation function doesn't work most of the time. The bot made for other channels may not have the same experience. Also, no specific procedure for different channels is provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the development of the chatbots using low code, which helps in achieving the business requirements at a faster pace. Thus, helps in a growing business as well. It provides better opportunities for us in the conversational AI sector.

The NLP engine and its features. THe drag and drop feature is also good.

The testing of the bot needs to be more accurate.

Sometimes the javascript programming fails and we must constantly restart the page or update to avoid failures

Several workshops and webinar conducted by Kore.AI was very informative to gain new and leading industry knowledge, especially as an IT student it was very useful for me.

other than hackathons there is a huge need for gaining knowledge on top technologies like Full stack development, app development, if certificate courses provided, will be very useful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like creating chatbot in easy way without any coding and various templates are available in store helps me to create bot without any efforts and smart bot feature really useful

I need some more templates based on particular category. there is only single workspace It would be fine when there feature to add another workspace and bot demo should be provided

Instead of assigning a customer support I can use chatbot it replace the customer support and helps to customer related queries in faster way and can focus onto our customers

Comprehensive Conversational AI Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The Kore.ai platform is easy to learn and quickly start to build chatbot and conversational platform products. The UI is very mature from a design flow, knowledge base, and integration stand point. Plus, the test environment is one of the best i've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't know if this is a dislike more so than a feature request! I would like a better way to integrate teams and whiteboard together while building in the solution. Most conversational teams are remote so providing so native integrations like in other collaboration tools would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore is solving and helping drive self service and contact center agent productivity initiatives. It also has provided a prototype arena for new products that were build in the travel and tourism area for one of my previous employers.
