Effortless Low-Code Development with Flexible Customization with Pro-Code, Support Could Improve

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable aspect of the Kore.AI platform ecosystem is how easy it is to develop solutions using its low-code and no-code features, while still offering the flexibility for customization through pro-code capabilities. Additionally, it supports integration with various middleware systems like botkit and webSDK, among others. Kore.ai strikes an ideal balance between low-code/no-code tools for quick development of virtual agents and automation systems, and giving developers the control they need for more advanced customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a business perspective, I don't find any features in Kore.ai that I particularly dislike. On the other hand, as a developer, I have observed that new support tickets may occasionally take some time to be addressed. Still, considering how mature the Kore.ai platform is and the size of its client base, some delays are understandable, especially when weighed against the extensive feature set it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai assisted us in automating a variety of use cases related to HR, ITSM, and our internal knowledge base, which has improved productivity and efficiency for different stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, the agent-building capabilities of Kore.ai enabled us to automate workflow approvals, resulting in a 30% increase in approval rates. The implementation of Kore.ai's contact center has also enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving queries more efficiently and has allowed our customer support teams to use their time more effectively.

Best bot framework currently in market.
Have wide range of features and functionality including CCaaS platform.
Covers almost all aspects for industry ready product.
Awesome community platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Costly license in comparison to other Conversation AI bots.
Botkit implementation is quite complex.
Should have few example codes available on Github
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem it solves is Omni-Channel with multi-language support bot platform.
Wide ranges of Channel support (need improvement for email channel)

The combination of contact center features with AI, as well as the inclusion of search and automation AI, stands out to me.

I like all the features. However, there are times when it doesn't work as expected, likely because the app is constantly being improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating AI, particularly the agent node, into automation AI has been a significant step. The process of incorporating the agent node has enhanced the overall automation experience, making it more efficient and intelligent.

Great NLU Features, But Digital Forms Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
NLU related features are very good. We have flexibility to configure between Entity capture and Intent capture. The platform is user friendly as compared to most of the bot platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digital Forms are worst. We can only invoke them with click of button, but they should appear as it is in the original chat conversation, not as a separate popup or screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kore AI, we can easily build chat and voice bot solutions very quickly. It is very easy to build bots with it and anyone can learn this platform. We can also customize the solution by writing our own code in it.

Platform issue are more . Though the flow is proper platform issues are found whenever tested

AI for banking, plenty of pre built intents with room for growth. Nice enhancements coming in 2.0

Lack of support between opening a ticket and customer success. Kore could use an on- shore Technical Account manager level to facilitate ticket resolution, technical support

Interaction containment and customer self-service
