more than bot using bot
What do you like best about the product?
UI and variety of plugins as well as browser version is good

Kore ai the one platform for all CAI problems
What do you like best about the product?
The platform looks all good and well. The person with minimal amount of knowledge in NLP and LLM can start configuring their bot for their required product. It has the ability to solve a lot of issues that many of the small and large businesses face nowadays.The amount of time it will take for integarting the bot will be low as comapred to other CAI platforms. The implementation might take time but it will be worth the wait. They have very supportive but time taking customer support. The Kore bots are very easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only I disliked is the version change from XO10 to XO11. Yes there are some bright sides like deb log updation and all that but however the basic build phse got complicated using XO11. There issues I have faced with Smart assist too. So I suggest to overcoming the issues in XO11 and smart assist is harder than XO10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore ai has solved many issues many of the businesses facing no matter which sector they business in the kore ai has a solution for it. Going deep I feel like kore ai chatbots and agent assists might help many of the top companies to achieve more revenue in the coming years. It makes the customer support easy, increases customer satisfaction, reduces the cost of employing the agents more.
Experience with Kore.AI XO 10 & 11 Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI has a number of features that are easy to learn. I my learning time, I frequently use to create test bots and voicebots. User friendly tool to create chatbots and voicebots and easy to integrate and implementation. Customer support provides us a response and fixes any issues or doubts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have experienced any issue with this tool while comparing with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its time saving one with less human intervention. It helps in many ways for ex: Medical Appointments, IT Support and much more. Based on the business requirements when we have created the chatbots it help the user to reach them easily. Once the user reaches the chatbot with the necessary information or details it will gather information from the user and create appointment or support tickets whatever based on that particular business. Here we are saving employee time.

What do you like best about the product?
in kore.ai, i like the design of the UI where developers can effortlessly do the configurations. The craziest thing i like in kore.ai's products is XO platform, i like the feature of entity extraction, when a user enters a utterance it can identify the entities , that gives the user a good satisfaction because normal chatbots will ask the same questions even you mentioned all the details in the utterance. Finally, in one sentance i can say is ease of implementation, good customer support and can integrate effortlessly to third party APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
kore.ai could enhance the llm features, the rephrase utterance option is there but it is not that much effective. If kore.ai concentrates on this one, no one can catch them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in every organization, if an employee is facing an issue he/she may need to go to desired portal and raise a ticket, sometimes this can be a time consuming process and support agents may be busy at that time. instead of that for repeating problems we have given a knowledgebase access to kore.ai's search assist, so that whenever an employee facing any issue he/she just asks that AI chatbot and it will give the steps to resolve , if the issue is new the chatbot will create a new ticket automatically in backend. here employee no need to waste their time to open different portals for different things. we just simplified our employees workflow and making employees work productively without wasting time on these repitative issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have used the Kore.AI XO 11 platform for the past 3 months.
One thing that I notice is the bugging in the platform. (Demo Environment)
Like it used Crash.

AI Solutions like summarization of documents, automatation virtual chat bot that is used for employees, and for L1 IT Assists.
It's a great and innovative platform and my learning has been a smooth ride

What do you like best about the product?
Such an impressive ready-to-use assistant suite for various use cases further enhances its versatility and utility over different domains. For IT-related tasks, it supports ServiceNow perfectly, thus offering out-of-the-box solutions that really speed up the whole operation. In human resources, it has the HR Assist features tailored to the application specifically for HR-related inquiries and processes as well as efficiently handle matters regarding personnel.
The platform is great at customer service capabilities, offering an all-inclusive Call Center as a Service (CCaaS). It is an excellent example of its ability to customize and integrate all these specialized bots into one universal bot. All these combinations mean customers no longer need to use multiple services for their diverse needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The traditional NLU systems are good to a point and might not work when dealing with tremendous variability in the user inputs on structures, among other complexities. LLMs have higher understanding abilities to make sense of such variation. It will be revolutionary if Kore.ai can implement a zero-shot learning approach. This would enable the bot to service unknown inputs by prompting clarification questions, hence enhancing its ability to serve the requests of users. there is a great demand for easier-to-use alternatives in customizing the Kore.ai bot interface. Although it does provide customization options through the Kore.ai SDK, most customers are left quite dissatisfied by the same. Ensuring that customization is easy to use from the portal would greatly enhance not just the user satisfaction but also the accessibility

We are focusing on digital empolyee experience. we have solve most of the problem in bot itself. Employee don't want to go to anywhere, all the pain points which employee faces in workplace can be noted and provide as a solution in kore.ai bot.

The documentation to make it easier enough for the developers to search for the required things, and make the information icon for few important things which would be useful for amateur developers to start with
