Actionable data insights and powerful operations capability in a view dedicated to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited crossover view natively with the sales side of house which is part of the relationship funnel

We use this to manage activities in the ongoing relationship with a client, including service and support alongside upswell.

It stopped us from using outlook inbox so we have a 360 view to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works great for us today. Looking forward to Einstein

Stopped using outlook inbox to maintain and work cases so many can see complete picture and not scroll through inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
This would be helpful for our PS org in terms of helping them with implementation cost tracking and hours. Keeping everything on the same platform is what is best about this product
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of depth for certain features of functionalities that we might have that other third party vendors might be able to do in greater detail and is more relevant to solving our issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To my knowledge we arent currently using Service cloud but could potentially look at this in the future as our company continues to scale. I think it could solve us witn our challlenge of logging time and activity spent on our customers

I focus on customer experience and service cloud allows for that seamless experience through case management while also providing rich data insights a key pillar for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but wish we already had generative AI to create efficiencies for our internal teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into cases and looking at how the knowledge base can service in a different way to create a foundation not just for our customer service teams but also our technical group to create synergies

What do you like best about the product?
this platform is very helpfull to improve the cutomer succes and reduce times of case management. The managment of case to do the assigment to agents is really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a platform with a lot of functionalitlies and you need to get help from a partner or Salesforce specialist to have full knowledge about all functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented in a lot of customers Service cloud to integrate the telephony channel to save time of the agents and centalize the management of th customer support in a same place.
