Best platform to work with huge data, i really like to work on salesforce my whole project is on salesforce

Sometimes its working very slow. It will be great if developer make it more smooth

The ease of making sales reports is seamless. You can create multiple reports for yourself and the team. The filters available make it much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Can connect with the overall india with the locale functionality of the salesforce. Easy for developers with the minimum code we can develop any feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer i only find one thing which I dislike slow code reflection after every changes made by developer. but it rarely happen so I satisfied with sales force.

Easily connect to the customer. Interaction with customer and consumer is smooth.

there is not much to dislike. everything looks great but i think there could be some improvement in the front end of the UI

Best CRM available in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce definitely provides one of the best Customer relationship management (CRM) tools and services available in the market. Its simple and easy to use user interface is simply awesome. The best thing is that you don't even have to be a tech-savvy to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I've not come across any major issues. It would be better if there was a possibility to put a live timer/clock into it for the clients to keep the track of their aux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us interact and provide support to our consumers very effectively. Since you don't need to install any extra software to use it, you can run it directly through any of your browser in desktop or even mobile.
Great CRM tool with convenient setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to provide custom solutions to each different support team. The service console allows us to provide the most pertinent information to our agents to streamline their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately one of the biggest barriers is the cost. While you do get a lot from your subscription, not all teams need the bells and whistles of the product suite and it's not as flexible with their cost structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case management and resource reporting. We need to know which clients are having the most issues and if any revenue is at risk. In addition, we look to see if we are properly staffed or if we need to scale our team.

Salesforce Service Cloud helps us to increase our service agent's productivity

Nothing really I don't like but I would be very happy if Salesforce provide from CTI service.

We want to provide our service agent a platform that they can perform their job efficiently
Been with SC for 5+ yrs and it keeps getting improved with new features

A lot of the exisiting data models out of the box are equivalent. And customisable

Again, keep improving with new features via public service industry platform.
