What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce is a major part of a lot of our services. Easy to use and definitely makes life a lot easier : )
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I believe could be improved on is the UI for most their pages. It can be a little bland to look at sometimes but other that this, it's an amazing tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Salesforce cloud for a large chuck of our infrastructure that manages some of our site and customer logins as well. This is beneficial to have because it can create a "one-stop shop" platform on our end and makes it easier to manage by just having 1 platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has always been on top and the forerunner when it comes to the cloud. i love being able to trust it to give me a holistic and consistence experience for my end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for Salesforce Service Cloud is high and maintenance is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to increase our Customer Service satisfaction and be able to connect to more (hopefully all cutsomers)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is the best out there but does come at a premium price.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all the different functionalities and the product lifecycle can be managed on a single application and this makes salesforce one of the best apps to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike the old classic UI but with the lightning UI its awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team helps customer report issues regarding the product with system logs which can then be analysed by the team to provide best solution

Make sure you have a dedicated support line from salesforce it helps for quick assistance

A ton of functionality - a little learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the little characters that appear on transition or opening Salesforce are adorable (ours is sometimes Einstein, sometimes an Inuit). I also love all of the custom reports we can have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there is so much customization, it can be a little cumbersome. I really wish that we'd be able to customize our OWN colors (not at company-level, but individual).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're really striving for a service first mentality across the entire company. We've had Salesforce for a little over a year - I was actually a trainer for it - and are still in the analytics and collecting phase. We're better learning how to serve our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce support is unparalleled - be sure to get help from your consultant if you need it.

I like how easy it to flow through different parts and obtain data easily.

Maybe it’s just my company but it lags a lot.

Product support. Easily accessible to customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use Salesforce to quickly pull up contacts and cases as well as attach documents and articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be a little confusing and overwhelming at first if you’re a new user. Sometimes navigating between can be confusing. I’ve closed tabs and when I restart those tabs will be open again and then I have a ton of tabs open that I have to go back and close once again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help our clients with various payroll, HR, and software issues. Salesforce is a very great application to use to create, monitor, and manage cases (similar to help desk tickets) for our clients quickly and efficiently. I’m able to work fast and create cases while on the phone with clients as I’m multitasking and troubleshooting on other applications. I love the ability to search for articles within case I’ve created. I would not be able to provide quick resolutions to open cases without this function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are new to Salesforce, it can be overwhelming. Someone told me it is similar to having a Facebook only for work which helped but my biggest tip would be to unruliness any training or tutorial your company provides on how to use Saleforce based on the type of work you will be using it for. For me, my company’s tutorial really helped. I went through it at least twice.

I dont like how it freezes and the glitches from time to time and causes computer to stall
