Powerful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows me to maintain data on potential and actual customers, interact with customers and other members of the sales department, enter into transactions, conduct marketing campaigns, analyze the results, and segment the customer base. The user interface is simple, elegant and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison with other CRM systems, the cost of Salesforce is higher than the average price in the market. Salesforce does not support public cloud services (Amazon EC2, Microsoft Azure, Rackspace, etc.) which limits the number of hosting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really enjoy the Chatter feature so I don't have to necessarily have to explain to another colleague where to find the account or opportunity.

Setup time is considerable. This takes an extreme amount of time to get right and you can expect to tweak it almost constantly for the first 6 months

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is a great CRM to help you take your business to the next level. We were using a CRM our company created which was very limiting. SF has allowed us to grow our business and increase client retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to send mass text messages and mass emailing. It's also pretty expensive and we're always having to increase our bill since we need more storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to easily and quickly manage our client base of over 3000 teams. Prior to Salesforce, we weren't able to break a certain revenue goal - which we crushed while using Salesforce. We are excited to keep growing with Salesforce and making 2019 our best year yet!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I highly recommend using Salesforce. It's number one for a reason - it allows us to successfully communicate with our clients as well as our entire company. Without Salesforce, we wouldn't be able to achieve the results we are achieving today. It's not the cheapest in the industry but that's by design - you have to spend money to make money.

Easy to get around in case and get cx what they need
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Salesforce really but Citrix and Salesforce don't really work well causing Salesforce to freeze or drop calls.

Not Being able to do much on the Business / Functional front

Managing the case management system used by Marketing and Business users and keeping up with Knowledge management.

Best CRM solution in market currently. Just go for it !
Effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize your help desk site is key. We were able to make it look our actual site. Its also effective for our company for interacting with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a whole lot to hate about it. Its fairly straight forward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer interaction is easier and more effective. We are able to manage communication more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! It's got a lot of handy features, like showing your open cases on the homepage as well as the recent programs that are being featured for the company. It's really useful and makes it easier to help customers with what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that they recently changed the side the phone was on, and I can no longer see omni view and my phone at the same time which has not always been the case. I also dislike the fact that I can't save cases in resolved any more.

It's becoming easier to help customers because information is more at our fingertips than it was in the past.

Salesforce is an easy to operate and manage interface. It provides the details with various flags and provides different views that can be customized as per convenience.

Sometimes even after refreshing the page you still see the previous contents and it needs to be refreshed multiple times.

It is really needed for a business like customer support.
