So much info in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved using this software when working in the casino industry. It was so easy to locate events and contacts, which is extremely helpful when you have customers on the phone, waiting for information right then and there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about this program was that the organization of information could have been formatted better. I always felt like there were 5 different ways to find something, and there was, because of the disorganization of the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a company's information all in one place, especially when you're working in the casino industry and people want info and answers NOW.

SalesForce Service Cloud is easy to use. The system is user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my purposes I have found the product suits my needs. I have not encountered any issues that weren’t part of my introductory learning curve.

It is very user friendly compared to other CRM software systems. I have used Cherwell, VTiger, and HEAT and it remains my favorite being in a technical role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes up but usually it is easily corrected.

Entering customer tickets. Can easily organize the customer problem tickets.

Very good product .There are soooo many different uses for this product. You can use for inventory management and also sales people. So many options !!

Many features and pretty much covers all that's required to run a service centre

Bit clunky and feels outdated. Also developers are costly.

Service support. Live chat.

Make sure you test it out thoroughly and calculate roi as it amounts up adding features and licenses

The industry leader for a reason.
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was fairly straightforward, and the system has been rock solid for us for years now. The 3x release schedule works great, as a lot of new features are added at no additional charge. The constant refinements and upgrades are a huge improvement over our previous systems, which would go years without an upgrade and then require a major one involving money, resources and downtime.
Service Cloud is infinitely customizable, even if we have not yet explored all the features to their fullest.
The Lightning UI console integrates everything a call centre CSR could need on one screen.
Since it is the industry standard, every vendor and third party app integrates seamlessly.
Support is fantastic, with online community and Trailhead learning.

What do you dislike about the product?
License costs can add up, especially for storage.
Having both Classic and Lightning UIs can be confusing at times, and the movement to Lightning is happening slower than expected.
Features are announced well before they are widely-available and are sometimes over-hyped.

It gives us a single source of customer data and interactions. We have a better view of the customer and our contacts with them. It is cloud-based, so we are not reliant on our internal IT dept. to support operations and upgrades.

If you can afford it and take advantage of all the features, it's the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the cloud is great! I like that everything is laid out perfectly right in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load because it is a web based program - but all in all I don't really have much I dislike about it. We just started to use it so I don't have much to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping customers deal with specific issues between their finance contracts and any other vendor issues.

It's great if you really want to get to know your customers in a different aspect and give them the service you feel they deserve!
