Everything is in one place. Customer info is awesome

Support, costly - lots of limits and the initial UI without lightninh is very clunkyq

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows businesses to create a unique platform on a very robust platform to maintain uniqueness within a broad and stable system! The self-learning capability of Trailhead makes it virtually dummy-proof!
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost advancing TOO fast. It can be hard to keep up with all the goodies if your company isn't as rapid paced as Salesforce

The ability to own our data model and system of record while advancing as fast as the business needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration features within Salesforce. As a Sales Ops Specialist, I've worked with integrsting multiple softwares like insideview, ZoomInfo, Avention etc within Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is minimal and we have to rely on consultants for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to bring all our customer stories and sales people together with the platform.
