Easy to use CRM and integrates with lots of apps!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I've used lots of CRMS and this one makes sense. Plus, it has an awesome app so I can do everything on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's search function can only search by exact words. Example- if I'm searching for a contact "Jonathon Smith" and I type "Jon Smith" it just says no results found. It doesn't know how to say "did you mean..."?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like seeing how the client has interacted with us from the beginning stages to current. It lets me see where the client is at, any issues they've had, etc. I can also keep track of upgrades.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use it right....training and understanding of this is key before you just start using it. There are easy mistakes to make like "not clicking save" and losi g everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a nonprofit that had specific needs when it came to a database - Salesforce allows for customized interfaces and we were able to completely customize it for our specific needs. The layout we are currently using is very user friendly and does what we need it to do so our data is managed accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need a Salesforce administrator - either on staff or contracted - if you want to make changes to the system, as it is fairly complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have consolidated years of data into one system and can easily access the information we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to categorize and search for contacts and leads. At first I didn't like the new look to it but it has actually grown on me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it better if I could change the date of emails and calls that are logged - rather than it automatically selecting the input date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping opportunities and leads open and realized.

I love how it allows me to keep track of activity.

It can get a bit crowded and busy looking at times. I think the ease of use could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is allowing me to bridge the communication gap between my coworkers and I.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is intuitive, easy to use, and highly customizable. Huge number of options for reporting. There is a never-ending supply of tutorials and helps and great users communities for support. The consultant we worked with was amazing - very knowledgable and easy to work with. Dreamforce is a great place to learn and connect. Everything Salesforce does is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a nonprofit, and the body of helps for nonprofits, although growing, still needs to be developed. Overall, the level of user experience varies greatly, and it is sometimes hard to find the information that will help at my level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to maintain an up-to-date database that provides us with the data we need to make decisions.

Everything has to be spelled perfectly in the search bar to be able to find what you are looking for

What do you like best about the product?
The email to case feature is super easy to set up. As an admin, it doesn't take a lot of time out of your day to set it up and hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are problems with Live Agent, it sometimes takes a bit of time to get to the root of the problem. It is difficult to surmise whether it's an issue with the agent's computer, our system or actual Live Agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to help customers at a very fast response rate and track all their issues through one system. Customers can contact us via email, phone or a web form. It's very efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to document important conversations and changes made in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the search feature.. there should be a section where you can click on a name previously entered quickly instead of having to search for them all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being about to keep everyone on the same page with the advisors. Makes it convienent for everyone to have immediate access.
