Resolve Customer issues without emails and shared documents

What do you like best about the product?
As part of a multinational organisation, we've long been struggling with timely resolving customer requests and complaints when they required collaboration across the globe.
With Service Cloud we see the case directly connected to our customer and every relevant party has access as they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, our users love the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case Management, Email to Case, Knowledge. We've been able to standardize a lot of processes.

Keeping my team up to speed on all the latest cases. We love that we can share with our I Bernal team and our external call center and our remote agents.

If it is not set up properly it will be very difficult to use

I like its case management capability and integration with other Salesforce products

Salesforce Service Cloud is complex for uses, the learning curve is steep. Customization can be time-consuming and require technical expertise

Using are using it for the ticket tracking and resolution.
