an app that is set up properly
What do you like best about the product?
smarthub is known for its professional programming and setting up this app for anyone to use. It is easily handled and easy to use. It gave me the privlige to be able to watch my phone bills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smarthub is a well set up app that i picked for my phone and family phone plan so i can keep track for everyones bills. there is nothing really that i have found that i dislike ablout this app because it meets the requirements that i need to run this program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i use smarthub to keep my bill level on my phone bill for my family. It also keeps track of my bills and that way i dont forget to pay them beacuse now i know the proper amount and i usually pay it right away.

Easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Smarthub is easy to access and manage. It's convenient for locating my utility/electrical information. And they even have an app to make it that much easier. I haven't experienced any downsides to the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say I don't like about SmartHub is the layout and color theme. I have to search for a few seconds to find the menu because it blends in with the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides ease and convenience for localizing my utility information, all in one spot. It's easier to manage using SmartHub.
Using SmartHub from lab accountant standpoint
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good system in accounting for bills and payments made and keeping tracks of our budget at a simple level. It works well enough for our employee to work remotely as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is good, its simplicity made it its downfall when compared to other accounting and finance apps. I would like to login once to get access to all my accounting purposes but it's a login for many devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple financial problems. It's mainly used for tracking, budgeting, and making sure everything in accounting and finance is in order. We also made payments to suppliers for our laboratory references through smarthub before.

What do you like best about the product?
SmartHub is an innovative platform that gives you round-the-clock access to your system applications. A hub serves as the nerve center of your home automation system and ties all of your devices together—a helpful and convenient form of technology. A system manager wherein you can manage and set up all your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite confusing to use at the start but manageable as you go on. Basic knowledge in computer set-ups and networking will be helpful too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of a separate, multi-purpose hub is so that you can control everything in a single app. So it's more of a luxury than a necessity. It makes life easier.

SmartHub Review
What do you like best about the product?
SmartHub has a very inviting and professional interface. It is easy enough to use, advisable to go through training, but can be navigated without major complications even without so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application sometimes lag or needs sometime to refresh. User Support needs to be more interactive, so far my experience was they can only be contacted via email and takes few days to resolve an issue (which is unacceptable for urgent submissions). Sometimes when attaching documents for resubmission, it gets repetitive (might be an application glitch).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document submissions are uncomplicated, the review process is also fast and it helps that the documents are easily traced.
