Our SEON integration resulted in immediate improvement in fraud

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reduce our fraud rate is already a significant benefit. But as a Front End Developer, being able to use the SEON Platform to create a good workflow for our support staff has been the best benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally it felt like the ramp up time to getting SEON integrated and live was a bit long, but that may have been more on our end that I wasn't a part of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SEON we've stopped manually investigating every single user payment/withdrawal. There is much less hand holding needed to complete the process for each user, as SEON is keeping an eye on things.

Besides protecting us, taking that extra workload off our support staff has had huge benefits. Happier team members that solve more requests now.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful in checking emails and phone numbers and adds an extraordinary addition in the day-to-day transaction handling. Very cooperative support and they appreciate their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
More thorough information would be good regarding the services SEON can provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON gives us more information on the details that the booker provides us. Great help in day-to-day transaction handling and filter out fake emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform works reliable and we get valuable information on most inquiries. Adding SEON to our credit process has helped us improve our decision metrics.
You also get raw variables rather than only a score, so it can properly be integrated with other models.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far not many complaints. Would be nice to add additional features such as device fingerprinting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SEON for fraud detection and credit scoring

Just do a test in your actual process, it's easy enough to sign up and get started.

What do you like best about the product?
The extensive amount of checks done on one single platform. It is a very useful tool to monitor traffic in the high risk industries as it provides very detailed user profiles. In addition any input done to the platform is used to enhance machine learning. The Seon team is always available for assistance even to provide customized advice for your particular business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is so detailed that I don't always know how to use the platform to its full extent. But on the other hand the Seon team is always available to answer any questions that we have in a very detailed manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to reduce fraud on our business and improve provider relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a merchant dealing directly with high volumes of customers where there high potential of fraud, this is a good tool to help with the management of fraud monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
The SEON platform is super user friendly and you can see all key components of the system in one easy view. The key stats are all shown in the main dashboard which is simple to navigate around. The machine learning aspect of SEON makes it bespoke to each user which is a real credit to the SEON team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not a tech person some of the ruling can be hard to understand/score specific to your business. However, the SEON team are on hand to assist with this and are in the process of drafting some user guides to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON is enabling us to gain a greater insight into our users and this assists when we are looking at regulatory items such as enhanced due diligence. Additionally, the ease of seeing what social networks are used and the immediate links to their address on Google is a real time saver. We are now looking at using the platform further to prevent bonus abuse.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time speaking with the SEON tech team to work on your scoring as the scoring and rules are so flexible you can make the system work for you and your business.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration has been very smooth and fast and their data has been very useful in fraud prevention. It is also very convenient that they have a platform where we could see everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as of the moment. SEON has been continuously improving their products. We were very grateful that SEON has pushed through with the Phone Verification and hoping that there would be more data available from it

What do you like best about the product?
Well, the things that really like of seon is the speed of response, and the simplicity of integration, practically in minutes you have the power of a iterative and incremental anti fraud solutions.

Maybe the dashboard could be better in terms of responsiveness and better user experience. We need a better analytical data.

A complete set of fraud fighting tools that grow with you

What do you like best about the product?
The tools are really great and fast for a real time experience, the constant update and contact with customer service is great!, fighting fraud is a matter of two sides that's why we consider SEON not as a supplier but as a partner and they act like so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is really simple, perhaps a little bit of insights or the ability to customize reports and data would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've reduced fraud and deal hunters by using one simple implementation of an API, integrating that into our processes took us only a couple of days, then we started fine tuning the tool until we reached the desired threshold. The next implementation was an API for checking Mobile Phone numbers Validity, it was also really simple and it helped us to "remove" the remaining deal hunters from our records.
