iPhone of fraud tools
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and completely customisable. All data points are easily accessible at all times. And the best of all - SEON's CS team. I've never worked with a company that's so eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can say here. Few minor tweaks on the tool itself, but whatever I've requested has already been in the works, so I know for a fact that whatever minor things I might want changed, it will most likely be done pretty soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consumer fraud analyst, SEON has been my main tool for my day-to-day work. Not only for detecting fraud but also for implementing rules to prevent fraud, as well as getting infights and analytics I need to present to stakeholders.

The best fraud tool that I have used so far
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is super easy to use and provides valuable data. It saves us so much time with fraud investigations. Another great thing to mention is their constant improvement and development of new features. But the best part of it is their fantastic support team; they are super efficient and accommodating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using SEON for over a year with three companies, and I haven't had a bad experience. You might find an occasional little bug, but that is understandable and acceptable with their constant improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us mitigate the risk and fraud. The best benefit is saving us much time with internal investigations, i.e. multiple accounting, account sharing or any other abuse. With just a few clicks, you can see all customer's connections and their links to social media profiles which is super helpful when crosschecking customers' identities.
Good customer service and user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the options that we have to find related accounts. Also, I like the manual search and the ability to create your own rules and modify them when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't something I particularly dislike about SEON. I prefer more time-saving shortcuts, but this also depends on our development team. I would like to have a direct link from SEON to our back office, in order to open an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one is duplicate accounts. We also catch VPN usage. It benefits us because we can stop multiple account abuse and bonus abuse. It has not increased its performance yet because we have only used it for two months.

There is certainly many things that I liked.

What do you dislike about the product?
I will be honest there is nothing specific that stands out and would be disliked by me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly, i would say cutting out fraud rings which approach is annoying and also brings minuses to revenue.

This tool has allowed us to make more accurate reviews of our customers' data, helps us to provide greater security in our transactions, and to perform data matching that we were unable to do before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to achieve a more accurate like, social networks of the data to be reviewed.

It allows us to validate the identity of data we were not sure of.
Great anti-fraud service
What do you like best about the product?
Seon helps us to find customers who are trying to deceive us. It is possible to flexibly configure personalized rules. Friendly interface and good reporting functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would also like to be able to track the use of virtual machines and services for device replacement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon helps to quickly detect multi-accounts
1.5 years of outstanding performance. Clarity and ease of use are still the best qualities.

Wide data range, the interface can be customized according to the type of business, goals and preferences. Also, SEON is easy to integrate with the existing business tools. Consistently does it's job. Became quicker and even more intuitive since my last review
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some specific customization can't be done without contacting SEON's support team. It may take some time for new features to be applied which is not always convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a helpful fraud prevention tool that solves the problem of money laundering. It also helps to prevent potential chargebacks. It saves time and, more importantly, income which is an obvious benefit.
Great tool if you take the time to get into and configure it correctly
What do you like best about the product?
The extensive functionality and how the different modules are set up, it creates a lot of room for rule creation and everyday use, especially how matches are displayed, being able to export data in any list and of course the wonderful and supportive staff are the main selling points I'd say.
What do you dislike about the product?
You recently changed the transaction overview, it is slower to load and react than the previous one (it reloads the whole page when going back from transaction details), which is not very good as even the old interface had the tendency of taking quite long to load in some cases.
Some things are missing too, like being able to assign a specific time during which a rule would be active.
Exports have been improved in the sense that you can limit it to the columns that are displayed, even better would be if you get a selection popup that displays all possible columns grouped by the respective field, where you can select them all together or individually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an immense help in catching fraudulent registrations and suspicious logins / account takeovers early on, thanks to the good implementation and rule creation with the help of your staff we have been able to get the activity to next to nothing, compared to before.
Very easy to maneuver and super use friendly.

Great app, use it multiple times a day. Its super easy to create different fraud rules to detect fraud patterns for the company. Everything you need to know is literally in one space. you're able to check connections in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
TBH the app is great, theres nothing that I dislike about it.

Literally a time saver on detecting various fraud patterns.
