Simple Backups and powerful Disaster Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to use yet there is a powerful feature set in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data types not supported but Druva has been expanding support at an increase pace lately so not as much of an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immutable backups are the biggest thing since Ransomeware is always a top threat. The DR features for Cloud are also compelling since they allow for a fast recovery if needed.

Good working and easy to use solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use. The customer support was always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to move the backup sets to an online storage place. Or I didn't seen this.

Secured data backup from all locations. One centralized point for manage all features and solutions.

Intuitive interface and responsive customer support.

Cannot create a non-interactive login account to receive Druva alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to restore SharePoint/OneDrive data beyond the 30-day default retention set by Microsoft.
Druva is an excellent resource for managing backups as well as disaster recovery

It is straightforward to use and simple to understand. The customer support is outstanding and we know our data is safe and secure.

There have been some slower integrations

We know that Druva has us covered if anything were to go wrong, and that by itself makes it worthwhile

Credit consumption most be monitored closely, but working with a customer sucess manager this is very managable.

Backup service made easy for my company
What do you like best about the product?
Remember those old backup systems where you'd cross your fingers and hope everything worked? Yeah, Druva's the opposite of that. It just works. Everything's automated, and I can restore anything I need in minutes – a single email, a whole folder, even an entire Shared Drive. It's like magic, but the reliable kind.

What do you dislike about the product?
More GUI functions would be nice, but everything I requested has been available via API. So far no dislikes about Druva
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Druva, we had to manually backup our Gsuite users with vault via Google App Scripting. It was manual, and needed someone to always maintain if the backups were successful, which many did not due to total allowable execution time for one day. With Druva, it eliminated and automated our Google Workspace backups. Integration was easy to set up and the engineering team helped us troubleshoot our issues within the day of the ticket. Druva also checked our box for compliancy and legal obgligations with legal holds, data retention, and query searches within Gmail and Drive.
DRUVA is there in when you need it!
What do you like best about the product?
Mistakes happen, accidents happen, and when your data is critical you need the best backup. I trust DRUVA to be there when I need it. I can log in and restore data in a flash making my job easier. Setting up a new endpoint is easy, and there is nothing my end user needs to do, it could not be easier to set up. I log into the console at least once a week, and find it easy to use. The features I need are reliable and I enjoy using them. When I need support I can reach out and get a response quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides to using DRUVA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need access to design and program data that is critical to our company. I have users is various locations and being able to access the data in a central place is very helpful.
Druva offers excellent technical support.

Druva offers excellent technical support. They have consistently been useful in promptly resolving our backup or restore problems. The general solution is excellent.

M365 Backup is tight. Watch your numbers in AWS

Most of it is simple to setup and see exactly what is backing up

Different programs within the suite are a bit stiff to get to and sometimes fail to seamlessly move from one to another
