Instana helps in the monitoring logs.
What do you like best about the product?
Instana is easy to use and we can implement it in within a day easily. And its support team is also too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it frequently in a day I like it most of the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really helps me in monitoring the logs of the services which are deployed in the server. We get excellent support from team whever I it required.

Instana gives the minor details easily.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it frquently in a day to get the details from the server. We get the details easily on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get lot of confusing feeatures in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to get the result of the logs very easily and it get the benefits in it like getting the number of API getting the hit into it.
Instana gives the different level of service than other software.
What do you like best about the product?
It is ease to use. We can implement it easily. And we get the excellent support from them.And we get the logs with it easily in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rarely use it in a day. We have some confusing features in it.And during the integration make it very hard,I think thik is for only one time only.

Its help me to get the true results of the outcome when needed.And It might get the logs and the API hit in a day. So I used it many time a day.

Its UI is not good and efficient. We get more project on it.

It helps me to analyze the server and get all the details of the server easily.
Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring and Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Visualization of different parameter is very insightfull and also filtering and grouping feature to breakdown analysis further for deeper understading of issues. I use instana on daily basis because it is very easy to implement custome dashboards and integration with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found little bit lagging i,e real time data is not available of cloud infrastructure. Customer care unit of IBM instana should be more robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I face regular slowness in my application and by using instana i can easily find out that which HTTPS call is taking time or which API is having high latency. It helps in doing RCA and reporting same to the client.

Everything is ok but customer support is not good. It has easy to integration process.

It helps us to resolve the issue soon as we get alerts in time. It make the complicated work easy.
