What do you like best about the product?

Due to its customization capabilities, we tailor it to our needs. It runs smoothly and quickly, with faster querying and searching compared to most other programs. I use Quickbase to manage projects, financial reporting, and our mobile teams, and it's a big part of our operations.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I hear frequently is that people want dashboards that are customizable for each user. Overall, having more user-level customization would be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quickbase allows data sharing through role-based permissions, making it easy to use while providing effective reporting.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy access upon signing in. Everything is on the headers for a quick link to the information I am looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?

It does provide a quick link to what I need to look at but once I am there, there is no button to click and return to the page I came from....have to physically change tabs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm new enough to using the system I'm not sure. Biggest thing I like is it is one point to sign in and I can go to several of our additional links for easy access

What do you like best about the product?

It's extremely easy to stand up powerful applications that solve actual business problems.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like to see more UI configurations options, dark mode, more way to customize the user experience for my users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to manage our entire operation from a handful of apps, from simple management of people to an entire warehouse of inventory.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s freely customizable, which makes it easy to fit my exact scenario, with a constantly evolving business model. Quickbase also offers great customer support in various forms.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using the more detailed functions.

It helps us manage all aspects of our business from replenishment process to fulfillment, inventory management, and CRM.

all the AI updates and working collaboratively with other users from different companies. The relationship sessions were great also. Thank you

The panel discussion on AI felt a bit flat and didn’t really hold my attention.

increased efficiency and easy change management within my organisation.

The graphs and reports could definitely use some work. The visualizations need to be upgraded

We transformed a scattered set of excel and PowerPoint files into a centralized source of truth for external manufacturing

What do you like best about the product?

My favorite thing about Quickbase is that I was able to take information that my organization was housing in 4 separate Excel sheets and an outlook Wilo and put it all in one searchable place. Plus, the reports that my direct manager was pulling the data and creating manually, I was able to automate which saved her a lot of time and the information she needs is for senior leadership is now always at her fingertips - and theirs. Once I showed the benefits to the org, it was very easy to get buy in from leadership and was extremely easy to implement across the team and integrate with other departments. It is something that we all use daily.

What do you dislike about the product?

There have been no downsides to my department as of yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a single source to manage our new hire classes, assign instructors, include class rosters and attendance reports, the Teams link for people to join, and notes on the new hires for their leaders to view. It is also automates report creation for how many students taught, and how many classes per instructor.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Quickbase because of how easy it is to understand! I am not a developer at all (in Marketing) but we are a Quickbase company, so we use it for everything. It has been so easy to adapt my workflows to Quickbase

Honestly, I cannot really think of anything I do not like about Quickbase.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now, I am personally using Quickbase (from a marketing perspective) for content management and vendor relationship management. It has been super easy to use, please we created a Vendor portal for vendors that I work with -Which, has changed my life! Invoices, graphics, high res images, etc. are submitted through the portal and it does not get lost in emails or get held up due to file size... It has been a dream!

What do you like best about the product?

I love Quickbase's ease of use for end-users and how it's easy to build and extend applications. It's great that there's no code development, allowing me to create and expand applications effortlessly. I can build complex workflows using a mix of Pipelines and Zapier, and we use Tableau for advanced dashboarding while Quickbase's own dashboards guide real-time analytics. I appreciate that there's no infrastructure to worry about and that the governance lets us lock down rows and columns for specific groups. Moving data in and out of Quickbase is simple, and it's easy to connect with other workflow tools. The initial setup was easy, and building applications was straightforward, making it a good fit even though we don't have a development team. We're saving money by handling finance and CRM in Quickbase, avoiding the need for other tools. I'm looking forward to the new AI capabilities too.

What do you dislike about the product?

Would love to see more direct connections to cloud databases. I'm excited for the new AI features.

I use Quickbase as a backend for operations like capturing financials and CRM. It allows no code development, saving money by consolidating tools. It helps build complex workflows without a development team, easing data movement and connections with other tools.

the topics covered were excellent and relevant. How the conference was organized and flowed made it easy to navigate the two days.

Nothing stood out that I disliked, everything was well planned
