What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it is to build and update applications as our needs evolve. The drag-and-drop interface is straightforward, and the automation and reporting tools make it easier for us to manage data and stay on top of work without constantly needing support from developers.

What do you dislike about the product?

Quickbase is easy to use for most day-to-day tasks, but some of the more advanced features take a little time to learn. When you start building more complex applications, having some technical knowledge can be helpful. I also feel the interface could be refreshed in a few areas so it looks more modern and is easier to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Quickbase, we relied on spreadsheets and multiple tools to manage our work. Now everything is in one place, which makes it easier to track projects, handle approvals, and stay organized. It's cut down on manual work and helped our team work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I liked being able to see everything in one dashboard. We didn’t expect Quickbase to replace as many spreadsheets as it did, and it did so excellently. The reminders helped us stay on top of deadlines and keep things moving. Overall, it was totally worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the templates could be better, and the navigation could be easier. Mobile functionality definitely needs improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Switching to Quickbase was definitely a great choice for us. It has improved visibility and accountability across the team, so we can focus on being productive instead of constantly worrying about deadlines. With our previous platform, we had to toggle between multiple apps, but Quickbase brings everything under one roof. It’s also not too expensive and still delivers great performance. On top of that, the support team has been especially helpful and has played a big role in resolving issues when problems come up.

What do you like best about the product?

Throughout the day, I kept coming back to Quickbase as everything we needed was already there. By lunchtime, we already had a clear picture of our schedule and what aspects needed attention. Before ending our workday, we reviewed all the completed tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

On busy days, navigating larger applications took longer than usual. When workflows changed around midday, it sometimes meant extra steps and additional work to get everything back on track.

I I no longer had to start my morning by finding the latest project files. Our team check-ins became shorter as project progress was already visible. Recurring work followed the exact same process every single time, making our routine more efficient and smoother.

What do you like best about the product?

Quickbase made teamwork feel more connected and a lot less stressful. I really appreciated not having to second-guess whether we were on track with the latest project updates. Overall, it helped us stay more productive and focused, without the constant worry of missing something important.

What do you dislike about the product?

Two or three times, I was worried about making amendments to the existing workflows, but everything worked out well.

Managing multiple projects no longer felt as hectic as it once did. The biggest difference for us was the confidence and peace of mind that came from knowing the fact that our work is visible, organized, and focused in the correct direction.

Looking back, project planning and management felt much less chaotic with Quickbase.
I loved having a clearer image of every aspect.

I still feel that some settings could have been easier to control and adjust.

Reflecting on old days, everything used to be more scattered and difficult to organize. Quickbase made me able to handle repetitive processes with much confidence.

Unlike many fixed PM software options, Quickbase has evolved alongside our business as we’ve grown. It hasn’t just offered generic tools; it has also supported our operational processes and the way we work day to day.

Although it wasn’t like other PM tools, it took me longer to learn and fully master.

If I were to compare my way of managing work before Quickbase, I might complain, but after adopting Quickbase, it not only improved but also enhanced our project, portfolio, and program management.

To be honest, when I first started, I wasn’t sure where to begin, but Quickbase grew as time passed. Although it is a fully automated tool, some reports demanded manual tweaking.

Quickbase no-code app builder lets non-developers create custom workflows and databases quickly, which has saved our team a lot of time compared to relying on IT for every small change.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing can get expensive as you scale up users and apps, and the interface has a bit of a learning curve for anyone without prior database or app-building experience. Some of the more advanced customizations also require formula logic that isn't always intuitive to pick up at first.

This has reduced data entry errors and given our team real-time visibility into project status without needing to chase updates over email.
