What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase makes it incredibly easy to build custom applications without needing deep coding knowledge. The drag-and-drop interface, automations and database structure let us create workflows that match exactly how our team operates. I also appreciate the strong permission controls and the ability to scale apps as our needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced configurations can be a bit overwhelming at first. The UI, while functional, could feel more modern and intuitive. Pricing can also be a barrier for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase centralizes data, eliminates scattered spreadsheets, and automates tasks that used to be done manually. This saves us hours each week, reduces errors, and gives the entire team a clear view of processes and performance.

Quickbase is unbelievably versatile. It can fit any business and any workflow, whether it is a construction company or a manufacturing company or property management or solar projects. No code tools allow users to easily create custom solutions, automate processes and centralize operations on the platform. The provision of real time visibility and inter team collaboration ensures that everything is moving on well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface may be a little outdated and with all the customization choices, it would require time before learning how to make the best use of it. But when you are so used to it, the force and the strength can never be compared.

Quickbase enables us to eliminate spreadsheets and by combining all projects, resources, and financial information in a single roof. It eases compliance tracking, enhances communication of the team, and offers live dashboards to make better decisions and save time and avoid unnecessary errors.

It helps me to process payments to our offices all in one simple step.

Sometimes the connections with other programs doesn't work properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Quickbase for long time with the help of it, i can create cutom business apps, automate workflows and manage data without coding. It is ease to use and allow us for real time collaboration also its implementation is ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using Quickbase to scale my team and enhance security, also it will provide best customer support and real time collaboration. Nothing to dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is an amazing platform, how easy it makes organizing and tracking in one place. To working on this, we don't need to be technical expert, you can also build apps and workflows by dragging and dropping things around. It has been very helpful for us in keeping projects on track and cutting down on all the back and forth emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as my experience and usage with it, i have not found anything dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very helpful in solving problems related of having data and processes scattered across different spreadsheets, email and tools. Earlier it was difficult to keep a track of who was doing what or to get updates in real time. But with the help of Quickbase everything is centralized like communication, workflows and data so projects move faster and with less confusion.

Quick Base has helped us set up a database outside of our main project, providing a reliable solution for systems that experience longer periods of downtime. It helped us to provide platform independent solution that anyone from the company can access data related to their nexus.

This is a great data solution, but the main drawback is that the enterprise package is very expensive.

And The drag and drop interface is intuitive, even for non-technical users like project manager and field staff. I love the seamless integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce, it pulls in data effortlessly.

Pricing can add up quickly as you scale users or add premium features. Its not the cheapest option out there. Overall its amazing tool.
