What do you like best about the product?
I like best is its ability to build and adapt business application quickly without requiring extensive traditional coding. Fast customisation Teams can tailor workflow and application to their specific process. Low code approach Business users can make changes without depending entirely on developers. Centralized Information from different processes can be brought together in one place. Workflow automation Repetitive steps can be automated improving efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase the low code application development platform the main thing i d dislike are. Cost it can become expensive as the number of users and application grows. Learning curve it's easier than traditional coding but advanced workflow formulas permission and integration can still get complicated. UI limitations you can build highly functional apps but getting a truly polished modern UX can take considerable effort. Performance at scale large complex application with lots of relationship formulas and automation can require careful design to remain fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is solving the problem of fragmented manual and disconnect business processes instead of relying on spreadsheets email and multiple systems that don't communicate well with each other quickbase give us a centralized platform to manage workflow data and collaboration. The biggest benefits for me is increased efficiency and visibility i can access the information I need in one place reduce manual data entry and follow-up and get a clearer view of work and project status. The help me entry make faster better informed decisions reduce errors and allow me to spend more time on higher value work rather than administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We are really pleased with all of the features that Quickbase offers us. It gives us the ability to create custom apps for each of our departments. It has excellent integration and the pipelines feature allows us to build automations with our data. The UI/UX is clean and easy to understand. Lately, we are really taking advantage of code pages to build more robust apps. The value far exceeds what we pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more options to customize the standard UI/UX. However, we have been able to solve for this with code pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase gives us one platform where each team that has a very different function and task can work on projects from cash to delivery in an interface that fits them and their needs perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a central repository for all legal documents
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality to automate uploads seems limited once contracts are fully executed. I'm concerned we are not getting total value of platform based on the annual license fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy way to look up hundreds of contract documents makes things much simpler.

Quickbase Makes Safety Data Easy to Organize and Track
Reviewed on Aug 30, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Quickbase is its user-friendly interface and how it helps me organize and manage safety-related information efficiently. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to access, update, and track records, which in turn supports a more structured workflow and improves overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. As a new user, you may need a bit of time and guidance to feel fully comfortable with the system. A simpler navigation structure, along with clearer in-app guidance, would make the overall experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps address the challenge of managing and tracking safety-related information across multiple processes. It offers a centralized platform where this information can be recorded, accessed, and monitored in a more efficient way. As a result, it cuts down on manual work, improves overall organization, and makes it easier to follow up on safety-related tasks, documentation, and records.

Quickbase: Intuitive and Robust for SMB Automation
Reviewed on Aug 28, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Quickbase is to use and how intuitive it is. It's very robust, and if you get under the hood, it can do just about anything. What I find most valuable is that we can easily modify the applications we've built with Quickbase so that they constantly evolve to meet our business needs. The toolset is incredibly robust, we run our entire business on it. I'm impressed with how quickly we got Quickbase up and running, it only took about four months, which is incredibly quick for developing a bespoke application that runs the entire business. The Quickbase AI features that are now part of the base product are also impactful. It's ideal for small to medium businesses and is quick, easy to implement, nimble, easy to modify, and the perfect solution for a company of our size. The integration with FastField and the ability to streamline our post-job processes to receive solar grant payments has been really beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase solves job costing, inventory management, project management, and job scheduling. Its ease of use and robust toolset allow us to automate various business processes, evolving with our needs and enabling us to run our entire business efficiently.

Rapid Prototyping, Limited Customization Flexibility
Reviewed on Aug 23, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Quickbase accelerates our delivery timeline with its robust native features that usually require extensive backend coding. The rapid application prototyping is exceptional; it allows me to deploy functional operational apps in a fraction of the time without building custom Python and XML modules from scratch. I love its seamless integration capabilities with our existing tech stack via an open REST API, and the native pipelines feature handles complex integration workflows and automation with ease. The granular access control is a huge time saver, allowing me to tailor permissions at the field or cell level, ensuring strict data security without needing to code custom permission architectures. The initial setup was incredibly easy compared to traditional ERP deployments, and getting the workspace running takes just a few minutes. We can have our first functional prototype in 48 hours. Overall, Quickbase is a powerful tool for rapidly setting up internal operational databases, offloading a lot of simple app requests from our core ERP developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The area which can be improved is the rigid user interface. Its native UI feels quite dated and offers very little in terms of branding or aesthetic customization, restricting you from changing simple elements like font styles, colors, or background layouts. To deliver a truly modern, customer-facing frontend, developers often have to rely on custom HTML and JavaScript or external frameworks like React, which partially defeats the rapid delivery purpose of a low-code tool. Managing the lifecycle of complex automation workflows can be tedious. Within their pipelines feature, simply reorganizing steps can sometimes require rebuilding entire pipelines from scratch, which is highly time-consuming. Furthermore, it lacks native environment divisions for these pipelines, so there is no way I can segregate development, UAT, and production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to rapidly deploy internal workflow apps, solving bottlenecks and resource allocation issues. It offloads custom coding efforts with its low code environment, allowing me to quickly deliver functional applications and integrate with our tech stack using APIs.

Reliable Pipelines Turn Quickbase into Our E-Signature Control Center.
Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We use it at Gusto to kick off our custom e-signature stuff. Quickbase doesn't sign documents itself, so we built a .NET API that it triggers through Pipelines. It sends over a JSON payload with the PDF and signer positions from our tables. The pipelines fire pretty reliably on record updates, which is nice. Once we got our placeholder data cleaned up, it scaled fine. It's basically our control center even though it wasn't built for this. Works well enough for what we need it to do day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having native signing support is annoying. We had to build an entire external API just to handle documents. Passing nested data through Pipeline JSON took forever to figure out the docs aren't great. Permissions across tables also got messy when different teams needed different access levels. It felt like we were fighting the platform sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no central place to manage signing data across files and signers. Now Quickbase triggers our API automatically whenever we need a request. It removed all that manual PDF handling and reduced errors in placeholder replacement. SharePoint filing is automatic now too. Saves us time and keeps things traceable for our compliance folks.
