A good solution for basic integrations, with the ability to be extended to do heavy lifting.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can prototype out databases and get an immediate, basic solutions for operational issues is great. We find that the relationship structure makes it very easy to create virtually nested tables that can help elucidate a process and the summary tools an effective way to make sure that the relevant information is conveyed to it's siblings/parents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without the enterprise solution, having to contact support to enable some of the realm features has been mildy annoying, and QB is not a solution for storage en-masse. Even though we are pushing our data to our own cloud solution using QB as a middleware has been counting against our storage in our account analytics due to data retention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create some pretty diverse logic to drive non-linear processes and interdependent processes.

Quickbase experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool we use for project management purposes to track projects, performances, resources, etc. It helps us to receive intakes for projects and provide status updates to stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually i do not feel like it looks 'modern'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided a platform for internally for our team and for other teams in the organizations to have an online platform to input and output information.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything into one single place, replacing excel trackers with an integrated solution
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that does not recognise complex excel formulas and everything must be decomposed into simple formulas

What do you like best about the product?
It'a a quite flexible tool which allows building rules and formulas for data management, with centralized access for multiple stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical limitation (number of steps in Pipelines or creating pivot tables).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop for multiple trackers, reports and data. This saves time for accessing relevant data when needed.
A large learning curve but powerful possibilities.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Quickbase is completely cusomizable. Additionally, there are a lot of resources available to help users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely, a large learning curve in creating the apps. Althiugh there is a ton of resources, sometimes it's hard to find the answer to a specific question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adding new automations to our workflow. This will free up time and ensure predictable quality.
Review for Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to build with no code and we can connect it easily to other tools to build reports and download data.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must create your own governance plan; implementation needs thought. Also, they rolled out Pipelines much too early with little support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase manages all of our projects in our department. We're able to use Quickbase to easily share data across departments as well.
Powerful Excel Replacement for all users
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Quickbase has proven to be a robust replacement for Excel sheets. The ability to manage and organize data in a centralized platform has significantly improved my team's workflow. I have personally learned Quickbase by myself and created several applications that are currently used by the memebers of my team on a daily basis. Since the transition from legacy forms, I especially like its user-friendly and highly customizable new forms as they are a lot more appealing. I also loke the fact that Quickbase excels in providing a quick deployment process. Setting up databases and applications is straightforward whitout any headacke. I have successfuly integrated my quickbase apps with other quickbase apps through relationships. I haven't contacted customer support as I never had to, but there are plenty of resources online on the forms and the QB acadamy provides pretty much all the required information.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Quickbase offers impressive customization options for forms, I've found the platform to have limitations when it comes to formatting. There are times when I wish there were more advanced formatting features, especially for reports and outputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving - Quickbase is considered a one stop shop for our team. We've managed to centralize multiple repositories and we also have an overview from other apps, whitout having to switch from one app to another.

Has great customization features, easy to navigate APPS, great community help is available.

ORganization of training/help is confusing, Old training is not removed when new/updated is available

Quickbase is always striving to make the platform better. They have created a new forms, made AI APP building availabnle as well created a new exchange APP.
Good for an interconnected environment
What do you like best about the product?
You can build Apps fast and they are natively integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canot download the whole field descriptions from all tables from one shot.

More control on data, quick views and rapid integrations.
