Simple, Easy, Quick GoLive
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has changed our business environment in a way we never imagined. Building an app is as easy as turning on the microwave. With minimal training we are live in minutes. Changes to the app are instant, no need for a complete change management servers and overhead. Cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export reports into structures pdf document templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more passing excel documents around to check status on business workflows.
Flexibility for constant change
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to utilize the Apps we created in QuickBase and easily adapt as the organizations needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements - these are great! However, they also come with the downside of potentially needing to modify your way of working and at times it has felt like there was not adequate lead time or visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides us centralization of resource managment and project management as well as association of related workstreams (assets, ID assignment, training completion)
Modifying workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use, as it makes managing workflows and projects easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue we've found with Quickbase is that it performs less well when dealing with big datasets. Large data sets may cause things to lag and have restrictions on table and app sizes. Though Quickbase isn't a large data warehouse per se, it can interact with a lot of those big data warehouse systems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team utilizes it as a ticketing system. We have used this software to assign assignments and deadlines to each team member. We have also been able to identify projects that require more personnel thanks to it. We have been able to proactively amend assignments before team member conflict arises because to our recognition of these situations.
Transforming workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's user-friendly interface that help me to manage projects and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major dislikes, however, its learning curve takes more time for new users due to its robust features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves bottlenecks in workflow management by enabling and streamlining workflows through task automation, thereby increasing productivity by reducing manual tasks.
The best, quick and effective tool that I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
A reliable tool for sharing and visualizing data with controls is Quickbase. It works effectively as a tool for visualizing enormous data sets and as a data repository. Customer satisfaction has increased due to the process automation's reduction of errors and waiting times. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic tool. and customer support,integration of use these are most like features in this product
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one negative feeling about this product, All of the data will be gone if someone deletes a profile by mistake. While having a backup system that runs automatically would be convenient, during our testing and usage of the software, we were unable to find that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a ticketing solution, my team uses it. We have assigned tasks and due dates to every team member using this software. Additionally, it has enabled us to pinpoint projects that need additional staffing. Recognizing these circumstances has made it possible for us to make proactive corrections to assignments before team member discord develops.
Powerhouse of a Program

The customization and ability to make it what you need and want are so useful

I cannot think of anything that I like the least

Best CRM data management solution
What do you like best about the product?
If you have a big number of databases in CRM systems, the QuickBase CRM management solution can be valuable because it helped us manage our CRM data more efficiently and effectively without replacing the CRM system, but rather by merging data from CRMs to make it more relevent. I truly like the flexibility that Quickbase provides. I appreciate how supportive the community is and how easy it is to obtain answers to questions at any time of day. The development staffis forward-thinking and does not hesitate to answer difficult queries or take criticism seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to build an app and update it on the fly is fantastic, but if you have a recommendation for quickbase as a whole, it must go into the development queue, just like any other software company, which can occasionally result in a delay in efficient functionality, unless you find a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Quickbase for a variety of reasons. It is simple to create applications for any problem you may encounter. We have developed ticketing systems, surveys, workflow tools, reporting sevices, and a lot more. The product's adaptability enables us to be innovative in our solutions. Quickbase improves communication and reduces the need to memorize information.

It's simple to make modifications to applications.

It can be difficult to locate an error if multiple fields are being used and one field is causing an error.

It houses our department audits and provides a good platform for the required documentation.
QUICKBASE HELPS IN IMPROVING TEAM EFFICIENCY
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a solid way to visualise and share data with controls.It serves well as a data repository and tool for displaying large data set.Its processs automation has reduced errors and waiting time,increasing customer satisfication.This tool is really amazing and i highly reccomend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone makes a wrong move and delete a profile,all of that data will be lost.So it would be nice to have an automatic back up of some sort just in case,but we did not find that to be an option in our testing and use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses it as ticketing solution.With this software,we have been able to assign projects and deadlines to each member of the team.It has also allowed us to identify projects which require more manpower.The identification of these situation has allowed us to proactively correct assignment before consternation among the team members arises.
Dynamic No-code Platform that Increases Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase's greatest strength is it's customizability. The low-code/no-code functionality allows my team to update the platform to fit our needs excatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Quickbase can improve is in it's visual interface. Some of its charts and dashboards look outdated. I am hopeful Quickbase will make updates to it's visual components in the future.

Quickbase creates a centralized platform where my organization can manage data, collaborate with teammates, project manage, and track inventory.
