What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer running my own business, Quickbase has been a good tool for organizing client projects and streamlining my workflow. The customization options are a major plus. i can tailor the platform to fit the exact needs of my business without any coding knowledge. This has been invaluable in keeping track of project timelines, client feedback, and design assets all in one place. the automation features have also saved me a lot of time allowing me to focus more on the creative aspects of my work. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my business toolkit
What do you dislike about the product?
While it has a lot to offer, there are a few areas that could be improved especially for a small business owner like me. The initial setup and learning curve were pretty challenging it took me a while to figure out how to make the most of the platform, and I had to invest a fair amount of time into getting everything just right. Another downside is the cost. it can get expensive, particularly if you need access to advanced features or have a growing team. For a small business, this is def something to consider carefully

it's been a game-changer for managing projects and data. The platform is incredibly flexible, allowing me to create custom apps tailored to my specific needs without needing to know how to code. The ability to automate workflows and integrate with other tools we use daily has streamlined a lot of our processes saving me tons of time. From Start-Up to a Small Medium Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is a blank sheet where you can create your own path and establish the processes according to your convinience.
It is very usefull for businesses that are constantly changing and lookIing for
continuous improvement as it allows to build new features, visualizations and automations.
We implemented it ourselves, in-house, using the QuickBase University, and 50 hours of QuickBase technical support. A team of two was enough to build the tool used everyday for 100 workers in different roles within the company. The response of customer support is quick enough to solve any issue.
It has native integration with QuickBooks (among others) so that enables to connect the operations with the financials of the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced several crashes from the platform wich where not associated to errors of us.
The salesman promissed much more than what the contract actually included.
The contract doesn't adapt to the flexibility of our business. We would like to pay monthly for the ammount of users we have that month, but instead we have to sign an annual contract for the ammount of users extra we are going to have, and there is no way of reducing the amount of users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase allows us to create our own way of working and organizing our processes. It allows us to addapt everything, from visualizations to constant changes in sales commisions and structures, adding new and independant revenew streams.
Those feautures keep us agile as we change and adapt quickly, while creating our own way of working.

Quickbase for the win
What do you like best about the product?
Gets rid of spreadsheets and offers starightforward solutions. Support is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tools built in features seem limited.

It is automating certain reports and an easy place to store data.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very appealing and simple Userinterface where a begginer can also use it without any training

Multi-users at the same time in the same section slows up the update.

The problems we were facing the real time syncs between various IT Developments team and lag we were facing interms of Manual communication, Quick base solved this problem and happy with the value it gets to the company
Quick Base as an interface VS Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using quick base as a reservation request system.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking for help with a certain issue the support that is given can take weeks for a response and when you get a response it may not be helpful. Even if the representive is close to the same time zone I am it can take days for a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep track of reservations.
Awesome platform, but not for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilites are endless and the user interface is very easy. Reports are really nice as well. It seems to be a more "premium" solution in the low-code/no-code arena. Customer support is pretty decent too. I have been able to get my issues resolved rather quickly or sometimes I would figure it out before they respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no place for small businesses in their pricing. Businesses that are just starting out would benefit from using this platform in so many ways, but it is just too expensive. I don't even bother recommending Quickbase when clients ask for a low-code/no-code solution because there are many other options out there, while less fancy, they are also less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 400 employees and we now have a custom-made application that gives us everything we need and nothing we don't with regards to submitting requests and centralizing data.
Replace an old application
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase was easy to use. They have numerous videos that can help you learn the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very powerful and it can be difficult to see the impact changes can have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an old internally created application for tracking software licenses of our customers. Quickbase has allowed us to transition off of that application and onto Quickbase to track the licenses. It is is quicker than our previous application and some people are able to use Quickbase that were no longer able to use the old application

Friendly management, in relation to the inventory and purchasing management system

the key lock due to lack of use, it is difficult to recover the password or perform its reset
